Day 3 Soon to Begin!
The penultimate day of the 2013 PokerStars.net Asia Pacific Poker Tour is upon us with Day 3 of the Cebu Main Event expected to be as exciting as the previous three!
The 158-player field has been reduced to a final twenty-five with everyone looking to sweat out just five eliminations until we reach the money of a guaranteed PHP 141,000 ($3,450) payday. However, it will be the PHP 3,948,000 ($96,646) first place prize that all will be aiming to capture while also becoming the next APPT Cebu Champion!
Canadian Daniel Spence is the best placed with a 260,800-chip stack. Anthony Wright (224,500), Jim Collopy (200,800) and Bawod Hyunshik Yun (199,500) will all be looking to close the gap on Spence, while Andrew Nguyen (187,3000), Magnus Karlsson (164,700), and Shingo Cho (151,700) still can’t be ruled out of contention.
