An amazing 1 million-chip pot just took place in the Main Event, and it put its winner to the top of the chip counts.

We caught the action on the turn, with the board showing . The player in the big blind had bet 45,000, Lijiang Liu raised to 145,000 from UTG+1, and the big blind three-bet to 245,000 chips. Liu decided to call and there were already more than half a million chips in the table.

The river was the and the big blind player announced all in. Lijiang Liu went into the tank for about two minutes, but then grabbed some chips and hit them hard in the table, announcing the call for his life, with a little bit more than 200,000 chips behind him.
