The final day of the 2019 PokerStars Korea ₩1,800,000 APPT Main Event is slated to begin at 1 p.m. local time and there are 12 hopefuls returning to battle it out for the ₩198,100,000 ($174,32) first place prize.

Sitting at the top of the leaderboard is former Asia player of the year Hung Sheng Lin with 2,180,000. Lin found a couple of beautiful spots late during Day 2 that skyrocketed his stack and he is sure to be fierce competition here on Day 3. Close behind Li is Tomomitsu Ono of Japan with a healthy 2,035,00 who is the only other person over the two million mark.

Rounding out the top five in chips are Jiang Chen (1,870,000), Tetsuro Tomita (1,820,000), and Yinsheng Yang (1,660,000). Well-known notable Sparrow Cheung of Hong Kong is still alive as well and will be starting the day in the bottom half of the runner with a chip stack of 1,330,000.

When the action resumes, the play will start on level 24 with blinds of 15,000/30,000 and a 30,000 big blind ante. Levels will be 60 minutes in length and there will be a 10-minute break after every two hours of play. The tournament will not end until a trophy is given away and a 2019 champion is crowned.
