Bryan Huang Eliminated in 24th Place ($3,911); Valeriy Pak Eliminated in 23rd Place ($4,405)

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Bryan Huang
Bryan Huang

Valeriy Pak raised to 25,000 in the cutoff and Bryan Huang jammed on the button for around 130,000. Michael Soyza in the big blind pushed all-in and Valeriy Pak called all-in for slightly fewer chips.

Bryan Huang: {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Valeriy Pak: {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}
Michael Soyza: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

"I have the worst hand, of course," Huang joked and Soyza said "the worst hand can win, let's just hope the second best doesn't".

Pak soared into the lead on the {j-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Spades} flop and Huang was pretty much dead while Soyza had spades and the two remaining kings as outs. The {6-Clubs} turn bricked but the {4-Spades} river improved Soyza to knock out two opponents.

Chhay Lem Lim

Chhay Lem Lim raised to 20,000 and Renniel Galvez then three-bet to 60,000. Lim pushed all-in and Galvez asked for a count. It was another 228,000 on top for Galvez to call and he nearly used the entire 30-second shot clock before he made the call.

Chhay Lem Lim: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Renniel Galvez: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

The overcards missed the {j-Spades}{10-Spades}{3-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Hearts} board and Lim was ousted in 21st place.

Two Double Ups for a Change

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Yu-Chung "Nevan" Chang
Yu-Chung "Nevan" Chang

Just before the blinds had gone up, Jean-Robert Autran got it in preflop for 211,000 and was at risk versus Nam Hyung Kim.

Jean-Robert Autran: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Nam Hyung Kim: {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

The {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop and {10-Diamonds} turn kept Autran in the lead. He avoided the elimination with the {4-Spades} river as the big stack of Kim was dented.

After the blinds had gone up, Alexander Puchalski opened to 24,000 and Yu-Chung Chang jammed for 91,000 in the small blind. "That's a fair price," Puchalski admitted and made the immediate call when it was his turn to act.

Yu-Chung Chang: {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}
Alexander Puchalski: {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

The {9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop all but locked up the double but the {8-Diamonds} turn was a huge sweat all of a sudden. However, the {4-Clubs} river brought no more trouble and Chang doubled.

Paul Newey Eliminated in 20th Place ($4,900)

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Paul Newey
Paul Newey

Paul Newey had gotten a three-bet shove through just a few hands ago and then ended up all-in for what appeared to be 204,000 with Markus Garberg looking him up.

Paul Newey: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
Markus Garberg: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

The {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop and {j-Spades} turn delivered no help to Newey but he still had outs. However, the {6-Spades} river was not among them and he had to settle for 20th place.

Zhong Doubles Again; Kapoor Jams Into Aboudi

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

The cards were already exposed as Jiazhi Zhong was all-in with the {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} and up against the {a-Hearts}{j-Spades} of Sofia Lovgren-Fullmer.

By the time the turn showed {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{k-Clubs}, Lovgren-Fullmer needed a queen to deal the final blow but the {2-Clubs} river was a blank.

Moments later one table over, a seizable pot emerged to the {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades}{a-Spades}{4-Hearts} river on which Ido Aboudi faced the all-in of Akshay Kapoor for around 330,000. Both players had near even stack sizes behind and Aboudi stared down his opponent before letting go.

Backhouse Back In It

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

While Dhanesh Chainani lost more than half of his stack and Quoc Dinh Nguyen chipped up, it was Chris Backhouse who stayed active and gained back some chips. He first got a shove through and then raised to 24,000. Nguyen called on the button and the blinds folded.

On the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop, Backhouse bet 25,000 and Nguyen quickly folded.

Jonas Magdalinski Eliminated in 19th Place ($4,900)

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Jonas Magdalinski
Jonas Magdalinski

Zdravko Duvnjak opened the action with a cutoff raise to 24,000 and Hoa Thinh Nguyen three-bet on the button to 70,000.

Jonas Magdalinski in the small blind used one time bank extension and then pushed all-in for what appeared to be around 180,000 and Duvnjak folded while Nguyen called.

Jonas Magdalinski: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Hoa Thinh Nguyen: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}

The {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{10-Spades} flop gave Nguyen the nuts with a redraw to a royal flush. Some chop outs came with the {q-Clubs} turn but the {a-Clubs} river ended his run in 19th place for $4,900.
