Aces Hold For Lin

Ping Lin just ended up all in preflop for 52,900 against Tsugunari Toma with the best possible hand. The showdown went as following.

Ping Lin: {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}
Tsugunari Toma: {K-Clubs}{4-Clubs}

The board ran out {J-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{K-Clubs} and Lin doubled up even after Toma's cry for a five on the river. Lin is back in the hunt while Toma remains just a tad above the average.

Jeon's Set Bests Lam's Two Pair

When we arrived at the table, Seungsoo Jeon had 18,000 in front of him on the {K-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs} flop. Gary Lam made the call, and the dealer dealt the {4-Hearts} on the turn. Jeon fired 38,000, and Lam made the call.

The {A-Spades} then completed the board on the river, and Jeon slowed down with a check. Lam bet 55,000, and Jeon made the call.

Lam turned over the {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades} for top two pair, but that was no good against the {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} for Jeon, who had flopped bottom set.

Kan's Not Holding Back

Ping Lin just raised to 5,100 preflop and Raiden Kan called from the small blind. The flop came down {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Kan checked. Lin fired out 6,500 and Kan replied by check-raising to 14,000. Lin double-checked his cards and tossed them into the muck.

On the very next hand there was a raising war we caught the Henry Wang put in 35,100. Kan was seated on the button and put in another raise to 80,000. Wang tanked for quite some time before releasing his hand.

There are still 31 players remaining in the tournament and Kan is looking to add more chips to his stack with the bubble slowly approaching.
