Play Is Tightening

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

We came up to the table with a {4-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Clubs} flop and saw Hongxing Yu check from middle position. Dhanesh Vija Chainani, in late position, bet 29,000. Yu thought for a minute before counting his stack and cutting out raising chips. He settled on 66,000, leaving him 55,000 behind.

Chainani didn't waste anytime raising all in. He had Yu covered and Yu went into the tank. After a good 3 minutes, Yu decided to fold.

We have seen several folds to all ins on our last pass through, indicating players are are taking every decision seriously and want to do what they can to position themselves for a win.

Liu Not Afraid Of A Croc

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

The hand started with Billy "The Croc" Argyros opening to 12,500 from under the gun plus one. The action folded around to Jiajun Liu in the blinds who made the call.

The flop came down {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Liu checked. Argyros reached for his chips and bet out 26,500, which was called. The turn brought the {a-Hearts} and this time Liu took the initiative, pushing out 36,500 in chips. Argyros called as both watched the {9-Diamonds} fall on the river.

Liu didn't slow down, sliding out another 75,000. Argyros sank back in his chair, contemplating his decision. He eventually opted to fold, relinquishing the pot to Liu.

As Liu raked in the pot, he slyly turned over his cards revealing {7-Spades}{10-Spades} for a bluff. Argyros was noticeably upset, slamming his hand on the table in frustration.

Kho Doubles Through Tian

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

It was another preflop all in when Kitson Kho came over the top of Hao Tian's raise to 23,500. Tian called Kho's all in with {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and Tian turned over {a-Spades}{10-Spades}.

Kho found some hope when the flop came {6-Spades}{2-Spades}{8-Hearts} and gave him a flush draw. The flush came on the {q-Spades} turn but Kho had to fade some outs. And fade them he did, when the river came {a-Clubs} giving him a double up and keeping him in the game.
