Juanda On Life Support

After climbing throughout the first level of play, John Juanda is now on his way out the door.

He had lost a number of chips, and open shoved his last 17,000 from the button. The big blind snap-called with pocket aces and Juanda could not find ay suck-out magic.

He was left with 1,500 which he milked for a few minutes and somehow found a triple up; more details to come.

I'm On a Boat

Get your towels ready, it's about to go down...

"/My name is Ross, man/
/Last name is Boat, man/
/I doubled up with two sixes in this last hand.../"

Believe me when I say, Ross Boatman has just doubled through to 22,000 after getting an opponent to call his all-in bet holding {A-Spades}{3-Spades}; Boatman held pocket sixes.

The ensuing board ran out {5-Hearts}{J-Spades}{J-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} and Boatman took down the pot with two pair.

Gill Increasing

From the cutoff seat, Oliver Gill raised to 3,100 and was called by the player in the big blind. The flop came down {A-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts} and both players checked.

After the {3-Spades}, the big blind check-called a bet of 3,100 from Gill. The river was the {5-Spades} and the big blind checked. Gill fired 5,000 and his opponent called.

Gill tabled {A-Spades}{J-Clubs} and won the hand, moving up to 48,000.

Powell Loses One

On the flop of {10-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, Julian Powell fired a bet of 5,800. His opponent raised to 20,000 and Powell went into the tank. He thought for about two minutes before letting his hand go.

Before this hand, Powell was on about 65,000 chips and is now on 56,000.

Flopping Sets is Easy

It's never fun to have aces cracked by kings, but it's a blast to be on the other end of the stick. That was the case for Adam Cusenza, who got it all in with pocket kings versus an opponents pocket aces.

The board came out {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and the king on the turn was gold for Cusenza. He was humble about it, and kindly apologized to his opponent.

Adam Cusenza is now on about 67,000.

Less Watt-age

Andrew Feldman made it 2,600 to go preflop before getting the all-in shove for about 15,000 from Mike "SirWatts" Watson.

Felman made the call turning over {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}. Watson showed {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}.

The board was definitely in Feldman's favor when it came down {j-Spades}{6-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{9-Hearts}.

Watson hit the rail and Feldman's stack grew to 45,000.

Channeling a Victory

Neil Channing is now up to 90,000 in chips after eliminating an opponent from the main event.

The Englishman got an opponent to stick it all in with {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} against his own pocket aces and an {8-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs} board ensued, securing the victory for Channing.

Kingston Falls to Ace-King

Hailey Kingston, who won her way into the Main Event through the Pub Poker league, has hit the rail.

It was all-in preflop against Kingston and her opponent.

Kingston: {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

The board rolled out {7-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and Kingston saw her stack disappear.

Jeff Lisandro has just played his last hand of the 2010 Aussie Millions Main Event. He got it all in before the flop holding pocket queens against Richard Allen's {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} and the board ran out {4-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{2-Spades}{3-Spades} giving Allen top pair, to send the four-time WSOP bracelet winner to the rail.
