Event 10: Level 17

We are now playing Level 17 here in Event 10 ($450 Deepest Stack No-Limit Hold'em Re-Entry).

The blinds have ticked up to 3,000-6,000 with a 500 ante.

Play will roll on until 18 players are left with chips, or the clock strikes 2 a.m. local time, whichever comes first. Currently about 90 players sit around nine tables, so it could go either way.

Event 11: Matt Kelly Eliminated in Eighth Place ($1,337)

According to Joseph Stiers, he, Matt Kelly, and Helder Martins got most of the money in after the {5-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{8-Hearts} flopped in a recent hand.

Stiers: {q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}
Martins: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{4-Spades}
Kelly: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{9-Spades}

Somehow, Martins' aces held up when the {k-Clubs} and {k-Diamonds} came out on fourth and fifth streets. He now has 530,000 with the blinds at 3,000-6,000. Kelly was covered, so he's out, while Stiers has a handful of chips left.
