Just before the end of Level 7 and the break, [Removed:321] "Max" Amjadi doubled up through Dan DiZenzo. The action was over and only the aftermath and stacking of chips remained, so the details were missed.
Both players are still below the starting stack size, but with blinds of 400/800, they've still got plenty of chips with which to work.
Amjadi cashed in the BWPO Kick-Off (32nd for $6,302) but DiZenzo has yet to get on the tournament scoreboard for 2020.

Ron Adams and Michael Lydon are seated in adjacent seats on Table 13 and thanks to MyStack, we know that Adams' stack has been on a bit of a rollercoaster ride from the start, up to 80,000 and back down to 42,500.
He's got a tough opponent on his left, as Lydon has won an Open Series title here at Borgata (2011 Fall Poker Open) and has nearly $320,000 in reported tournament earnings.

Rick Rossetti was all-in preflop holding pocket queens, only to run into the pocket aces of Men "The Master" Nguyen. The board was useless for Rossetti and he was felted.
Nguyen is building a big stack early here in the final trophy event of the 2020 BWPO. He already has one trophy from this series, from Event #4: $400 Saturday Series Deep Stack NLH, where he earned $50,000 for first place in a three-way deal at the final table. This is his first Borgata Open Series title.
Nguyen has more than $11 million in reported tournament earnings and currently ranks fourth on California's all time money list. He's apparently decided he's conquered the west coast and now he's come east to make his mark on this side of the country. He has several wins in Connecticut and at the US Poker Championships in Atlantic City back in the day, but this is his first win east of the Mississippi since 2008.

Another player climbing in the counts early today is John McGuinness, up to ~185,000.
McGuinness notched his best live cash of $176,080 right here in this room back in September during the 2019 Borgata Poker Open Event #1: $600 Deep Stack NLH Kick-Off. A heads-up deal with winner Benson Tang earned McGuinness second place a lot of cash.
He's gone on to cash several more times since then, including twice during this series, earning $5,000 in one of the Super Survivors and another cash in one of the Saturday Series events.

Jonathan Press got all-in for 35,200 preflop from the small blind holding pocket deuces against Ryan Dodd, who had him covered and smothered with pocket sixes.
The board came and was no help to Press, who was busted. He re-entered and was seated at a new table before the end of the level. Dodd's chipping up nicely as the end of registration approaches.
Press cashes in Deep Stack post-lim and made the final table of the Almighty Stack earlier in this series, so he's been running well. Dodd also has two cashes this series, in Events #1 and #4.

End of Level 10 and time for another break. During this one, they will color up and remove the black 100 chips from play.
When play resumes, registration will close.
