Day 2 of the 2017 Cash Game Festival Bulgaria at Platinum Casino has been a huge success. The action was hot and strong with the poker room full with 12 tables of action.

The day began for some with a trip to the Stratsin Winery for wine tasting. Right before players left for the event, Cash Game Festival co-founder Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk, Kadi Kask, Petra Poola and Madli Karner drove up in a Slowball car they drove down the past few days from Finland to Bulgaria. Slowball is another project von Zweigbergk is involved with and it involved 18 old cars transformed into pieces of art before being driven around Estonia, Sweden and Finland last week.

Players were able to taste six different types of local wines from the winery along being treated with snacks. Players were also treated to a bottle of wine of their choice to bring home along with the possibility of being able to purchase more.

The poker action was bigger during Day 2 this year than at the same festival that took place at Platinum Casino last year. While most of the action was no-limit hold'em with stakes ranging from €1/€2 to €2/€5, there was also action in pot-limit Omaha as high as €2/€5 and in €1/€2 Sviten Special.

There were no huge winners at the feature table during Day 2 as chips were being spread around between the players. Poland's Daniel Palys was the biggest winner on the early feature table while Bulgaria's Ivo Petrov Ivanov was the biggest winner on the later feature table.

Tomorrow players with the hospitality package will be attending go-carting at 1 p.m. Other players will enjoy the weather at the beach or head to the casino to play poker. Some might even be playing poker from the night before.
