There are 315 entrants in today's field including reentries. With 113 on Day 1a, a new record has already been set with the Main Event already attracting 428 entrants or three more than the 425 that participated in the inaugural event in May.
The field will continue to grow with late-registration and reentries continuing until the first blind level of Day 2.
During the break, Table 18 was moved downstairs to the stage to play on a televised feature table.
The action is on a 30-minute delay with all hole cards exposed. Henry Kilbane and Brandon Allen are hosting the commentary.

Joonas Salminen bet 1,200 on a flop with about 2,000 in the pot. Kim Alexander Foss raised to 2,500 and Salminen called.
Salminen check-called a bet of 3,000 after the appeared on the turn.
Another check by Salminen came after the completed the board on the river.
"Last time I tried to bluff you, you called," Foss said to Salminen before he checked back.
Foss wouldn't have been exactly bluffing if he bet the river as he won the pot after he turned over for two-pair. He won the pot after Salminen tossed his hand into the muck.

[Removed:109] shared with his table that today is his first time playing in a live poker tournament. So far, so good for Franksson as he just delivered a massive cooler to Line Lindsholm.
Franksson thought he was opening up to 500 from early position when he tossed out a single chip only to be informed that a single chip meant he was calling the big blind of 200.
Two players called before Lindsholm raised to 800 from the big blind. Franksson then three-bet to 1,900. The action folded back to Lindsholm who made the call.
Lindsholm check-called for 2,000 after the flop came . She then led out for 3,000 after the appeared on the turn.
Lindsholm fired out for 5,000 after the appeared on the river before calling a jam from Franksson that covered the rest of her stack of around 15,000.
Franksson rivered the nuts holding for top set and Lindsholm left the tournament area after turning over for a lower set.

Torsti Kettula is on his second bullet of the day and seems like things are going better for the Finn.
Thomas Berg three-bet jammed for about 20,000 preflop with into two players. The first player folded before Kettula called.
Thomas Berg:

Berg was behind preflop and the flop reduced his chances further.
The on the turn gave Berg a flush but he was also drawing dead at this point with his opponent holding a higher flush.
The completed the board on the river and Berg was eliminated. Berg can get back into the action with reentries available until the late-registration period closes after the end of the first level on Day 2.
