Welcome to Day 2 of the Coolbet Open €550 Main Event at Olympic Park Casino and Hilton Park Hotel located in the heart of the Estonian capital.
Players traveled from near and far, including qualifiers from Chile, to play in the Main Event with a combined 624 entrants joining the field on Day 1 with the Day 1a field attracting 182 entrants and the Day 1b field attracting 624 entrants. This figure is already a Coolbet Open record and a casino record for an international event and will continue to grow as unlimited reentries are still allowed throughout the late registration period that will close after the first blind level is in the books today on Day 2.
A total of 246 players survived with Finland's Mikko Tiitinen entering today's action with a chip leading stack of 245,000. Day 2 of the Main Event will kick off at 12 p.m. local time with blinds at 800/1,600 and a big blind ante of 1,000. The action is scheduled for 11 blind levels of 45 minutes each but this is subject to change at the tournament director's discretion.
