Bjorkheim Keeps Adding Chips

Anders Bjorkheim opened the action with a raise to 120,000 holding the JJ. Seyed Tabaei came along with the A9 and Esko Brandt defended the big blind with the A7.

The 742 flop was checked to Bjorkheim and he made it 125,000 to go, Tabaei folded and Brandt called. What followed was the 8 turn on which Brandt checked which was now the second pair. Bjorkheim made it 350,000 to go and Brandt called reluctantly.

Nothing changed to the Q river on which Brandt checked the third street in a row. Bjorkheim checked behind and raked in another pot to cement his status as the chip leader.
