Dowling then bet the pot of 340,000 and Lau called all-in for 180,000. "Phil Ejri" got out of the way and the players showed down.

A big pot of 1,250,000 had been built between Dimitrios Amoiridis in the big blind and "Diego Armando" in the cutoff.

Amoiridis checked to "Diego Armando" on a turn of 2♥5♠3♦6♣, who bet 250,000. Amoiridis then swiftly jammed all in and "Diego Armando" called off for his stack of 900,000.

Amoiridis had just two outs left in the deck, and one of them came on the K♠ river. "Diego Armando" could not believe what had happened as he remained seated for a little while before standing up to collect his payout.

"Pie Sie" limped in from early position. Aaron Pahlawani followed suit in the hijack and Vasil Medarov also came along in the cutoff. "Appie" then three-bet to 260,000, leaving 185,000 back.

"Pie Sie" got out of the way but Pahlawani and Medarov came along to a flop of Q♦6♦J♣. It checked to "Appie", who tossed in his remaining chips. Pahlawani raised to 650,000, after which Medarov three-bet shoved.

Pahlawani spent some time banks before folding what he claimed was a set of jacks with a flush draw.

Medarov made quads on the 2♠Q♠ river to eliminate "Appie" in style. Pahlawanie, meanwhile, breathed a sigh of relief as he had avoided disaster.

"Phil Ejri" raised to 100,000 in the cutoff. The short-stacked Ka Kwan Lau then three-bet all in for 255,000 before Harun Ertural called in the big blind. "Phil Ejri" also called, and Ertural and "Phil Ejri" checked down the 2♣3♠2♦ flop and 7♦ turn.

The 5♥ river saw Ertural check again, but "Phil Ejri" decided to bet 200,000. Ertural gave it some thought but ultimately decided to fold.

Lau showed down K♠J♠J♣9♥ for jacks and deuces, but it was no good against the A♦10♣6♦4♥ of "Phil Ejri", who had rivered a straight and subsequently eliminated Lau.

Lautaro Guerra raised to 150,000 in the hijack. It folded to Belarmino De Souza in the big blind, who defended. Guerra continued for another 150,000 on the 10♥A♥2♦ flop, wich De Souza check-called.

The 3♥ turn went check-check before De Souza checked the 10♠ river as well. Guerra then made a pot-sized bet of 625,000. De Souza threw in some time extensions but ended up folding relatively quickly.
