Habib Thinks About the Four-Bet

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Action folded to Hasan Habib on the button and he raised to 53,000. Erik Seidel folded his small blind before Chino Rheem three-bet to 171,000. Without much pause, Habib began to stack chips worth significantly more than the 118,000 he owed all while simultaneously staring down his opponent. It wasn't to be though. Apparently the stare down gave Habib a vibe he didn't like and he tossed his cards in the muck.

Chop, Chop for Habib and Seidel

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

From the cutoff seat, Hasan Habib raised to 50,000. Erik Seidel flatted on the button in position and Chino Rheem folded after some hesitation from the small blind. Gavin Smith folded in the big blind and the flop came down {A-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades}. Habib continuation bet 70,000 and was called by Seidel.

Fourth street brought the {8-Clubs} and now the board was paired with snowmen. Habib studied and then checked. Seidel checked behind with a subtle check on the rail of the table.

The {J-Spades} completed the board on the river and both players checked. The two players each held {K-}{Q-} and chopped up the pot.
