Parrilla Eliminated in 14th Place (€14,076)

This time it was Atanas Gueorgiev's turn to raise from the button, this time to 14,000. Moises Parrilla pushed all in for 98,000 from the big blind, but he had timed it poorly as he was absolutely dominated by Gueorgiev's thoroughly premium holding.

Parrilla: {A-Hearts} {10-Spades}
Gueorgiev: {A-Clubs} {A-Spades}

Board: {J-Spades} {5-Diamonds} {J-Diamonds} {3-Clubs} {2-Spades}

Parrilla is out, and the Bulgarian has around 200,000.

Lacay Tortures Jensen

Ludovic Lacay opened for 15,000 and was met with a raise from Brian Jensen to 45,000.

"How much do you have behind?" asked Lacay.

"About 90" was the reply.

Moments later, Lacay moved all in, having Jensen covered. After a long dwell, Jensen folded {A-?} {Q-?} face-up.

"I'll show you one" said Lacay, pushing out one card with each hand. Jensen pointed at his right paw.

Lacay showed the {5-Hearts} and dragged the pot.

Brian Jensen Eliminated in 12th Place (€16,422)

Brian Jensen raised to 15,000 and Arnaud Mattern called from the big blind. Both players checked the {Q-Spades} {Q-Diamonds} {4-Hearts} flop. The turn was the {J-Diamonds}. Mattern bet 18,000 and Jensen flat-called. The river was the {7-Hearts}. Mattern pushed out a twenty-high stack of 5,000 chips, setting Jensen all in. He made the call.

Mattern turned up {K-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} for trips on the flop. A disgusted Jensen showed {A-?} {A-?} and made a hasty exit.

Shcherbatskiy Bisects Muheim's Stack

Three-way to a {K-Spades} {4-Clubs} {2-Spades} flop, Michael Muheim bet out 16,000 and got just one caller in the shape of Sergey Shcherbatskiy.

Muheim check-called 25,000 from Shcherbatskiy on the {J-Diamonds} turn and another 25,000 on the {2-Diamonds} river, and then just tapped the table and mucked when Shcherbatskiy turned over {K-Hearts} {10-Hearts}.

Shcherbatskiy is now up to 325,000, while a glum Muheim is down to just 50,000 as the final table bubble approaches.

Kapitonov Loses His Head; Eliminated in 11th Place (€16,422)

It folded around to Ludovic Lacay in the small blind, who raised enough to put the short-stacked Eduard Kapitonov on the big blind all in. Call.

Lacay: the rather lacklustre but live {J-Spades} {4-Spades}
Kapitonov: {A-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds}

Board: a Frenchman-favouring {6-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {5-Spades} {5-Hearts} {2-Hearts} to give Lacay the straight. We are down to 10 players, and the final table bubble is upon us.

Michael Muheim Doubles Though Uffe Holm

Uffe Holm open-shoved and Michael Muheim made the call.

Muheim {A-Diamonds} {9-Spades}
Holm {K-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds}

The flop was {A-Spades} {J-Hearts} {5-Spades}, making Muheim top pair. Holm started screaming for a king or a five, but the {6-Spades} on the turn took away even more of his outs as Muheim picked up a flush draw. The river was the {7-Spades} and Muheim won the pot with his flush, leaving Holm with only 28,000 in chips.
