- incorporating shoutbox requestaments, the demise of Kristijonas Andrulis, and evidence that Michael Aron is back in the lead with an enormous 170,000 stack.
Alexander Roumeliotis has taken a bit of a hit, doubling up a short-ish stack in a classic coinflip.
Shortish Stack:

The "shortish stack" weighed in at 20,700 at the start of the hand, and over 40,000 at the end of it. Roumeliotis' stack meanwhile shrank from 66,000 to 45,000 by the end.
Ville Haavisto, who took second place in last year's Amsterdam Master Classics and finalled a WSOP event back in 2009, has just knocked out a shortie to put him up to a roughly average 46,000. We didn't see what the other guy had (when we arrived, he was heading for the door, shaking his head) but Haavisto was holding which hit nothing at all on the jack-high board.
John Duthie was going remarkably well until the hand before the stopping of the clock (there will be five more hands since you asked).
He had fired out 3,500 on a flop of only for the big blind to check-raise to 10,800 and that was going to be that...But wait! Duthie then 3-bet the flop to 25,500 putting in nearly half his stack and then the big blind moved all-in...
A sigh from Duthie and he released his hand, opting to fight another day - literally since play is about to end.
The second start day here at EPT Copenhagen has come to a close after another tough field chewed itself down to just 135 survivors. In total 449 players have made their way through the impressive yet gentle snow to play poker against one of the most polite yet aggressive fields on the EPT circuit, and Domantas Klimciauskas tops the remaining chip counts with an impressive 203,800.
Right behind him is Michael Aron with 191,000, a player whose lead seemed unshakeable until the last session of the night when the young Lithuanian surged ahead. They'll be joined by the (now rested) Day 1a survivors tomorrow at midday to play in the direction of the money. 64 places are paid - please click the 'Prizepool and payouts' tab for details.
Also living to fight across the felt another day are Team PokerStars Pros John Duthie, JP Kelly, Florian Langmann, Toni Judet and Vadim Markushevski - at one point Duthie and Kelly were in front of the field but eight one-hour levels can change a lot. Joining them tomorrow will be several EPT victors including Arnaud Mattern, and Jake Cody.
Live reporting will begin as soon as the 'pause' button is unclicked tomorrow afternoon.
