Cutty Sark

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Terrence Chan has been knocked out after he check-raised a bet of 12,000 to 32,000 on a flop of {10-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} with just 27,400 behind. Karen Sarkisyan was his opponent and set the Canadian all-in with {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}, Chan called off the rest with {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts} but couldn't catch a heart on the {3-Spades} turn or {10-Diamonds} river.

A deafening cry of, "YESSSSS!!!" piqued our interest; we strolled over to the table to find Luca Falaschi knocking out IPT Leaderboard winner Tamas Lendvai.

Board: {j-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{5-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}

Lendvai: {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}
Falaschi: {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}

TD Gerard came by to warn Falaschi about excessive celebration. "Is the best time in my life," Falaschi apologised. He's up to 150,000.

Almira Skripchenko
Almira Skripchenko

Almira Skripchenko has been knocked out after her last 20,000 went all in with {4-}{4-} against {a-}{q-} and the French lady lost the race.

This makes us all sad.

Going San-Deep

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Jean-Philippe Rohr opened to 4,700 and Sandeep Khosa shoved for around 33,000. A couple seats down Nicolas Yunis reshoved for around 125,000, prompting an epic dwell from Rohr. Eventually he folded though, and the other two were on their backs.

Khosa: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Yunis: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}

"F*** me," said Khosa, with feeling.

Board: {j-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{k-Spades}{j-Spades}

Khosa valiantly called for the ten that would have brought him a straight on the river, but instead it came down a jack making Yunis a full house. Yunis is up to 165,000.
