In middle position, Calvin Anderson opened to 2,500, and Luca Pagano three-bet to 5,700 a couple seats over. Anderson flatted, and off they went heads-up.
The flop drew a leading bet from Anderson as he slid out 11,400. Pagano called, and they checked through the turn. On the river, the sprang Anderson back into action, and he fired out with another 26,900. The call represented more than half of Pagano's remaining stack, but he eventually made it with some reluctance.
Anderson turned over , and we never got to see Pagano's cards. They hit the muck, and the Italian has fallen back under starting stack.
