The guaranteed prize pool of $1,000,000 was smashed and it reached $1,265,000, with the winner taking home $185,247 alongside the EPT Online Trophy.

Leading the pack heading into Day 2 is ''echoscience'' (6,379,039), followed by ''Gaffa2ny'' (5,455,785) and ''FKREDSTAR45'' (5,005,255).

The coverage of the European Poker Tour Online on PokerStars continue today at 12:05 p.m. EST with the start of Day 1 of the EPT Online Event #31: $530 NLHE [8-Max, Event #Cup], $1M Gtd - Trophy Event #16.

In this two-day event players will begins with 50,000 in chips with the blinds starting at 125-250 and a 30 ante.Levels for this event will be 15-minutes long and Day 1 will conclude after 7h 45m of play, around 7:50 p.m. EST.

Late registration is open for the first four hours and fourtyfive minutes of play and each players has the option of up to four re-entries during this period.

Day 2 resumes at 1:05 p.m. EST on Monday, Dec 20 and will play down to a winner.
The final table of this tournament will be replayed in the client at a later date with hole cards showing.
