Alex Peffly was the aggressor on consecutive hands, adding to his stack without seeing a flop.

In the first hand, Christoph Vogelsang raised to 700 before Simon Higgins slid in a three-bet to 2,000 on the button. Peffly then four-bet from the big blind to 8,000, producing folds from both opponents.

On the next hand, Ole Schemion raised to 700 from under the gun and the action folded around to Peffly in the small blind. He promptly raised to 4,700, leaving Schemion asking "why so much?". The fold was made, and Peffly padded his stack.

Karam then check-called for 1,300 on the flop, which brought in the turn. Karam checked once more and Jorstad overbet the pot, making it 11,000 to go. Karam quickly conceded the pot.

Noah Fischer opened to 700 from middle position and was called by Alejandro Lococo and Luciano Macchiarelli from the blinds.

The flop checked through to the turn. Lococo bet 2,400 and only Macchiarelli called. The river prompted Lococo to bet 7,000 and after a few moments of thinking, Macchiarelli slammed a stack of T-100 chips onto the table to call.

Lococo had the for a missed straight-flush draw while Macciarelli scooped the pot with his .

Guilbert Makes Livschitz Laugh

Johan Guilbert opened to 800 from early position, only to be three-bet to 2,500 by Victoria Livschitz to his left. Guilbert made the call to see the flop.

Guilbert led out with a minimum bet of 300, and called when Livschitz raised again to 1,600. The turn produced another min bet from Guilbert, to which Livschitz laughed while confirming with the dealer that 300 was indeed the bet and tossed in the call.

Guilbert then used a time bank after the river before firing a bet of 13,100. Livschitz mucked, and Guilbert exclaimed "at least I was able to make you laugh" as he raked in the pot.
