Mosca Flops a Set on Fast

Level 3 : 100/300, 300 ante

Cyril Soussan raised to 1,000 in early position and was called by Enrico Mosca on his left along with the button. Dietirch Fast re-raised to 5,000 out of the big blind and both Soussan and Mosca called.

The flop came {q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Fast led out with a bet of 4,000. Soussan called and Mosca ripped all in for 14,400. Fast went into the tank for a couple of minutes before finally calling and Soussan quickly folded.

Enrico Mosca: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
Dietrich Fast: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

Mosca flopped a set of nines, leaving Fast with just two outs. The {2-Spades} on the turn and the {4-Clubs} on the river changed nothing as Mosca earned himself a double up.

Panagiotidis Sends a Frustrated Atitaeb to the Rail

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

Eric Atitaeb limped in from under the gun which invited a couple of others to come along. Vasileios Panagiotidis put a stop to that by raising to 2,200 on the button. Atitaeb limp-shoved for around 13,000 and the action folded back to Panagiotidis who made the call.

Eric Atitaeb: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Vasileios Panagiotidis: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}

The flop fell {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} with the nine right in the window for Panagiotidis. The {3-Diamonds} on the turn and the {7-Clubs} on the river left sent Atitaeb to the rail who threw his cards across the table on his way out.

Cordeschi Playing with Rags

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

With a flop of {4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} spread across the table, three players were still in the hand. They each contributed 7,000 chips to the pot on the flop and the {7-Clubs} landed on the turn.

Alessio Curia started with a check from the big blind and Massimiliano Cordeschi followed suit from a couple of seats over. Stephen Woodhead checked from the cutoff as well and the {2-Clubs} paired the board on the river.

Curia shoved all in for around 16,000 which was followed by a quick call from Cordeschi. Woodhead got out of the way and Curia turned over {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}. That was no good as Cordeschi made a full house with {3-Spades}{2-Spades} to eliminate Curia.

Ricci Forced to Fold to Nguyen

Level 5 : 200/500, 500 ante

Andrea Ricci raised to 1,000 in the cutoff and Quoc Nguyen three-bet to 4,000 from the big blind. Ricci called and the flop came {10-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}. Nguyen checked to Ricci who announced a bet of 4,500. Nguyen check-raised to 12,000 and Ricci just called.

The turn was the {5-Hearts} and Nguyen shoved all in, putting Ricci to the test for his remaining stack of around 11,000. The Italian sighed in disbelief but reluctantly ditched his cards to the muck.

Parmiggiani Stays Alive

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

Leonardo Parmiggiani was under the gun and raised to 6,000, leaving himself with just 200 chips behind. The action folded to Malek Grabsi in the small blind who made the call. Ruslan Volkov flashed his {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs} in the big blind, not realizing there was still action pending.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} and the two players quickly got the last of the 200 chips in the middle as well. Parmiggiani was ahead with {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} against the {q-Spades}{j-Spades} of Grabsi.

The turn was the {6-Clubs} and the river was the {5-Diamonds} which gave Parmiggiani the double up in order to stay alive.
