Two Pair for Chiforescu

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Hanseok Ko checked on the 952 flop and Adrian Chiforescu fired a bet of 3,100 into the middle. Ko made the call.

When the 8 fell on the turn, Ko check-called another bet, this time Chiforescu pushed 6,000 across the line.

When the 4 completed the board, Ko checked once more, and Chiforescu checked-back, while tabling 95. Ko mucked his hand as the dealer pushed the pot to Chiforescu.

Klein Gets Active

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

After an open by Rehman Kassam in early position to 800, Morten Klein in middle position three-bet to 1,600. But in the big blind, Martin Stausholm four-bet to 4,000. Kassam folded, and Klein called. However, on the flop 844, Klein folded after Stausholm made a continuation bet.

In the next hand, Klein was the one who opened to 900 in early position. Again, Stausholm in the small blind raised to 3,600. Klein called but, once again, he folded on the flop QAK when Stausholm bet 2,000.

Seconds later, in the next hand, Klein raised again under the gun to 900. But this time, it is Gilbert Diaz in the hijack who three-bet to 2,700. Klein called to see a third flop in a row. But here, he called a bet of 3,000 on 768.

The turn was the A, where Diaz bet 3,000 again. Klein raised to 10,000 to make Diaz fold and claim the pot.

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Five-Deuce Is Good For Lin

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Daniel Ghionoiu opened to 1,100 from the hijack and was called by Erik Seidel in the cutoff. Ren Lin defended his big blind, and a 237 flop landed on the table.

Ghionoiu made a continuation bet of 2,100, and Seidel folded. Lin looked at his chips and check-called.

"What do you want? A deuce?" asked Lin. "Yes," said Ghionoiu. But it's the 8 that came on the turn. Ghionoiu asked for 4,000 chips more, and once again, Lin, talkative as always, called.

The river card was the 9, and Lin quickly moved all in for 10,100 chips. Ghionoiu folded, and Lin revealed 52 for a simple pair of deuces.

The turn read 66510 and George Chiriac bet 12,000 into the pot of about 21,000. William Kassouf was the only other player in the pot and made the call.

When the Q hit the river, Chiriac shoved for his last 23,900, putting Kassouf in the tank.

"It's aces or nothing," said Kassouf, as he thought out the hand. "I was going to raise the flop, you shove, I call."

After using three time banks, Kassouf eventually splashed in a call to see Chiriac's KK.

"Yep, that makes sense," Kassouf concluded as he paid off the bet and tabled KQ.

Adams Makes His Opponents Fold On The Turn

Level 4 : 200/500, 500 ante

In early position, Marton Czuczor opened to 1,000 and was called by Sirzat Hissou in the hijack. But in the cutoff, Timothy Adams three-bet to 3,900. However, Czuczor and Hissou made the call.

On the flop 2A9, the two first players to act checked and let Adams bet 1,800. His two opponents called again, so he sized up to 5,800 on the turn 6. And this time, both Czuczor and Hissou folded.
