Two in a Row for Pinow

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Jeferson Pinow opened 2,500 in early position and Pablo Melogno three-bet 6,500 next to act. The action quickly folded back around to Pinow who made the call.

Both players checked to the river on the 95428 board where Pinow fired a bet of 3,500 which Melogno folded to.

The following hand, Pinow opened under the gun to 2,500 and only Shakhabiddin Muradov came along in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of A96, and Muradov check-called a bet of 4,000.

The 4 hit the turn and Muradov check-called again, this time for 9,000.

When the 6 landed on the river, Muradov checked again and Pinow didn't slow down as he dropped 18,000 across the line. This time Muradov surrendered his cards and the dealer pushed another pot to Pinow.

Lee Doubles Through Sidhu

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

In the cutoff, Yaman Nakdali opened to 2,100. Then, on the button, Hwany Lee three-bet all in for 24,000. In the big blind, Kully Sidhu wasn't done yet, as he four-bet all in with 50,000 chips. Nakdali went into the tank but eventually folded, clearly unhappy.

Hwany Lee: AK
Kully Sidhu: KQ

The board 93744 was pretty low, so it didn't change anything in the situation, and Lee doubled up.

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

In early position, Song Xue opened to 2,000 and was called by Gyuhyuk Lee in the big blind.

Both players checked on the flop K55 and on the turn K. But on the river K, which brought a full house on the board, Xue bet 10,000 to take the pot.

Lisawad Running Hot

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Daniel Ghionoiu raised 3,000 on the button before Pakinai Lisawad three-bet 10,000 from the big blind.

"Come on," Said Ghionoiu while making a decision.

"Can you beat pocket tens?" Replied Lisawad.

Ghionoiu then called and Lisawad said, "Can you beat ace-king?"

The dealer spread a flop of 863. Lisawad continued for 10,000 and Ghionoiu mucked his hand. Lisawad tabled the 1010.

"You realize you gave it away when you said ace-king after right," said a tablemate.

Another tablemate chimed in, "He's so lucky he can play with his cards face-up and still win."
