Valduga Puts in the Four-Bet

Taras Khilko opened 2,200 under the gun and the action folded around to Manuel Valduga who made the call in the small blind. Sven Stok was in the big blind and three-bet to 8,000.

Khilko got out of the way quickly and Valduga grabbed a stack of blues to four-bet to 50,000, putting enough to cover Stok. Stok quickly mucked his hand, sending the pot to Valduga.

Heads up on a J♠2♠9♥7♥ board, Thorbjorn Ronje fired a pot-sized bet of 7,000 chips from under the gun after a check from Mykhailo Gutyi in the big blind.

Gutyi made the call and the A♣ river completed the board. Gutyi checked again, leading to Ronje shipping all in for 12,000. Gutyi made a swift call and Ronje could only show 8♦6♦ for a missed draw.

Gutyi had A♦2♣ for rivered two pair and sent Ronje back to the registration desk.

Simeon Spasov opened to 2,200 from the cutoff and action folded to Dawid Drobinski in the big blind, who three-bet to 9,000. Spasov called.

Spasov then called a 2,000 bet from Drobinski on the 6♥A♥2♣ flop and a 5,500 bet from Drobinski on the A♣ turn.

The 10♦ completed the board and Drobinski slowed down and checked. Spasov slid a hefty bet of 28,500 into the middle and Drobinski let his hand go — sending the pot Spasov's way.

The dealer spread a flop of 10♠7♦7♠, and Andre check-called a bet of 3,000.

When the 4♦ fell on the turn, Andre checked once more and Shatiat continued for 6,000. Andre called.

The K♥ completed the board on the river, and once Andre checked, Shatiat fired a third shell of 7,000. This time Andre surrendered, passing his cards back to the dealer.

Finn Zwad opened to 2,000 on the button and was three-bet to 7,000 by Andreas Brendholdt from the small blind. Action folded back to Zwad, who announed he was all in for approximately 25,000. Brendholdt quickly called to put Zwad at risk and hands were revealed.

Zwad had Brendholdt dominated, but the Q♣7♣7♥ flop vaulted Brendholdt into the lead after pairing his queen.

The 5♠ turn and 3♣ river changed nothing and Zwad wished his tablemates good luck as he stood up from the table.

After an open to 2,200 by a player in early position called by Mohamed Aissaoui in the hijack, Dragoljub Martinovic three-bet to 5,500 from the button. The initial raiser folded, but Aissaoui called.

The dealer fanned a flop of 3♣4♥5♠, and Aissaoui checked. Martinovic then pushed forward his pile of blue chips, forcing Aissaoui to go all in if he called, and he eventually did with his last 24,400 chips.

On a board of 9♥8♥6♦4♦, Manuel Weiler put out a bet of 3,000 and was called by Efstathios Kavoukis.

On the 5♠ river, Weiler continued for 6,500 and Kavoukis went deep into thought. After a couple of minutes, Kavoukis made the call. Weiler tapped the table and mucked his hand. Kavoukis showed K♠J♣ for king-high and took down the pot.

There were 18,000 chips in the middle, as well as a board of 7♥8♠6♣A♥ when Thomas Harnes checked from early position to Andreas Van Zadelhoff on the button. The latter then fired a bet of 7,000 before Harnes put his opponent all-in, for 35,000 chips effectively.

A quick call followed from Van Zadelhoff and the pair showed down their cards.
