Tsaousis Wins Three In a Row
Konstantinos Tsaousis opened to 600 from early position. Felix Schneiders in the cutoff and Stefano Puccilli on the button called.
Tsaousis continued for 1,700 on a flop of 3♦8♥4♦ and made both of his opponents fold.
In the next hand, Tsaousis raised from under the gun. Puccilli called, as well as Julien Dupré and David Kaufmann in the blinds.
Once again, a continuation-bet to 1,800 by Tsaousis on 4♠7♥9♠ was enough to make everybody fold.
It was then Vladimir Lipnitskii's turn to open to 500 from under the gun. All the other players folded to Tsaousis, who defended from the big blind.
Lipnitskii bet 300 on a flop of 2♣J♥4♥ and was called, then both players checked the 7♦ turn, leading to the 6♠ river where Tsaousis led out for 1,500. Lipnitskii called but lost to Tsaousis' top pair with J♣10♦.
