Hajiyev Re-Enters

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante

Dario Sammartino and Ramin Hajiyev have both forked out the money for a second bullet and are back in the tournament. Hajiyev was just seen flat-calling a preflop raise by Zhapar Sultanov and calling a 2,400-continuation bet of Sultanov on the {7-Hearts} {6-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} flop.

The other player also stuck around and Sultanov fired again the {2-Spades} turn for 3,000. This time it was only Hajiyev to call and the {6-Clubs} river was checked by Sultanov. Hajiyev tried to steal the pot with a bet of 11,800 but he was called and couldn't beat the {8-Clubs} {8-Hearts} of his opponent.

Chouity Busts to Sperling

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante

Joining the action on the {7-Hearts} {2-Hearts} {3-Spades} {J-Spades} turn, Fabio Sperling had checked from early position and Nicolas Chouity had bet 7,500 from the button. Sperling asked for the remaining stack of his opponent and that would be around 8,000 more. The German jammed and Chouity called off with {8-Hearts} {5-Hearts}, which Sperling had beat with {7-Spades} {4-Spades}.

The {3-Clubs} river was a brick and that sent Chouity to the rail, though he can re-enter once if he wishes to do so.

ElkY Slips Back

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante

The fop was {4-Clubs}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts} and Vojtech Ruzicka check-raised a bet from Bertrand Grospellier to 6,250.

Grospellier put out the call and they checked it down after a turn {j-Spades} and river {5-Hearts}.

Ruzicka turned over {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs} and with a deep sigh Grospellier pushed his cards forward to fold.

Goulder Shoves River On Troyanovskiy

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante
Vladimir Troyanovskiy
Vladimir Troyanovskiy

Vladimir Troyanovskiy is on his second bullet and he just ran in to a tough sport versus Alex Goulder.

On the turn of a board reading {9-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} Goulder bet 11,025 into a pot of around 15,000. Troyanovskiy took a little while to make the call from the small blind.

The river card was the {3-Diamonds} and Troyanovskiy checked again only to see Goulder move all in. Calling would mean putting most of the rest of his stack in and Troyanovskiy went deep in the tank before glumly folding.

Goulder Busts Staszko

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante

After a raise to 1,200, Martin Staszko moved all in for 13,700 and was called by both Alex Goulder as well as Piotr Franczak. On the {J-} {10-} {5-} flop Goulder bet 10,000 and was called by Franczak before the {10-} on the turn got checked through. After a {A-} river, Goulder moved all in to enforce a fold from Franczak and then flipped over pocket aces. Staszko could only reveal pocket sixes and headed out of the tournament area.

The Eccentric Antics of Litvinov

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante
Artem Litvinov
Artem Litvinov

Everybody that has had Artem Litvinov on their tournament table already will know how eccentric the Russian can be.

Just now Marcin Wydrowski min-raised to 1,200 from under the gun and Litvinov called without looking at his cards. "No look, I call," he said and the whole table started giggling already.

On the {4-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} flop he check-called a bet of 2,000, still without looking at his cards. "Okay, one time call." Now on the {8-Diamonds} turn he checked and Wydrowski bet 3,325. "Good card. Low card. Good for me." Litvinov then peeked at one of his cards and said "first card flush draw, promise," pointing at the card he had just looked at. The second card was still unknown to everyone including the Russian. He made the call and saw the {K-Spades} on the river.

Wydrowski asked for the stack of his opponent and then bet 8,500 while the Russian started begging "no no no no please". Litvinov then checked his second card and then started talking to himself. In table chat he went through all possible hands that his opponent may have and was certain that Wydrowski wouldn't be bluff. "I know you. You not bluff, my friend."

Ultimately, he tossed in the chips and Wydrowski turned over {A-Hearts} {2-Hearts} for a busted flush draw. Litvinov jumped up, started dancing and singing while smashing his {J-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} to the middle of the table. He even asked the dealer if he could touch her and then gave a massage. "Good dealer, very good dealer." Litvinov said and eventually sat down some time later.

AA For Anton Astapau Against Andrey Andreev

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante

There were three players who saw a flop of {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Andrey Andreev bet 2,000. Anton Astapau raised it to 6,200 and when the other player folded Andreev made the call.

The turn card was the {j-Hearts} and Andreev check-called a 9,300 bet from Astapau. On the river {q-Hearts} Andreev checked and, perhaps smelling a rat, Astapau checked behind.

He was right to as the {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} of Astapau had been out flopped by the {q-Spades}{10-Clubs} of Andreev.
