David Peters Eliminated in 13th Place ($43,864)

Level 25 : 12,500/25,000, 3,000 ante
Peters eliminated by Badziakouski
Peters eliminated by Badziakouski

As soon as the bubble burst, the short stacks got their chips in. Among them was also David Peters out of the small blind. He was trailing Mikita Badziakouski in chips and was at a kicker disadvantage as well.

David Peters: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Mikita Badziakouski: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

There was no help on the {6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} runout and Peters was the first to cash.

Stephen Chidwick Eliminated in 12th Place ($43,864)

Level 25 : 12,500/25,000, 3,000 ante
Chidwick eliminated by Vieira
Chidwick eliminated by Vieira

Stephen Chidwick got his short stack in from the button and clashed with Joao Vieira in the big blind. The Portuguese was ahead by one mere blind heading in the following showdown.

Stephen Chidwick: {a-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Joao Vieira: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

The {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop provided a gutshot on top of his live card but Chidwick was left with just four outs on the {k-Spades} turn. Neither came as the {7-Hearts} river ended his run in 12th place.

Bert Stevens jammed for just over 300k in the cutoff and Dario Sammartino isolated out of the small blind with four big blinds more at his disposal.

Bert Stevens: {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Dario Sammartino: [QdQs6

The {j-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop and {4-Spades} turn failed to improve Stevens, who also missed on the {3-Diamonds} river to become the 11th place finisher.

Mateos Eliminated by Rudolph

Adrian Mateos opted to raise for all but his last 12,500 chips while in the cutoff. He was called by Christian Rudolph on the button as hand-for-hand play had just commenced. The flop brought {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Mateos got the last of it in the middle, Rudolph instantly called.

Adrian Mateos: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Christian Rudolph: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}

The {2-Spades} turn made sure that the kicker would play and the {7-Diamonds} river ended Mateos' run in 10th place.

Small Pot for Petrangelo

Level 26 : 15,000/30,000, 3,500 ante

The action after the break has been somewhat slow and the largest pot emerged when Nick Petrangelo raised to 63,000 from under the gun and Mike Watson called in the big blind. On the {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop, Watson check-called for 36,000 and the {10-Clubs} turn went check, check. On the {4-Hearts} river, Watson checked and Petranfelo's bet worth 122,250 did the trick to force a fold.

Dzivielevski Gets Value From Watson

Level 26 : 15,000/30,000, 3,500 ante

Mike Watson's open raise to 66,000 in the cutoff was called by Yuri Dzivielevski in the big blind, who proceeded to check the {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop. Watson made it 45,000 to go and received a call to then check behind the {q-Clubs} turn.

Dzivielevski led the {5-Clubs} river for 134,250 and Watson paid it off with {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a pair of queens. That was no good, as Dzivielevski had flopped top pair with {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}.
