Anthony Diotte, Michael Katz and Chris Lillie have been eliminated. Since Katz was the biggest stack, it must have been him to hit the rail in a massive cooler against Martin Godsk.
Godsk had three-bet and called a small four-bet with to check-call through the board. Katz then jammed the river with pocket aces only to discover the bad news and head to the payout desk.
Jack Salter previously mentioned that he had been tortured by table neighbor Ron Carrocio and it comes as no surprise that the Brit also busted against the very same player. He got it in with a straight flush draw and Carrocio woke up with a set on the flop.
Ron Carrocio is proving he's no push over at the tables. He came into play today with over 250,000 in chips and is seated directly to the left of Jack Salter who had this to say on Twitter about Mr. Carrocio:
Ryan Tepen, the runner-up to Ana Marquez in last year's HPO Championship Event, came into the day with one of the larger stacks in the room but in the blink of an eye he's gone. The beauty... and agony... of no-limit hold'em.
