Robert Keeling Wins Event #4: $200 No-Limit Hold’em Deep Stack After Heads-Up Chop
This weekend’s HPT St. Louis Main Event is the culmination of a whole festival of tournaments, which actually kicked off over a week ago.
One of those tournaments was Event #4: $200 No-Limit Hold’em Deep Stack, which attracted 285 runners and generated a $45,600 prize pool.
The top 31 got paid and among those to cash but fall short of the final table were James Adkins (10th - $889), Jerod Smith (16th - $570), Nathan Smith (21st - $511), Steven Walker (25th - $479), Ryan Rogers (29th - $415), and Joel Gilmore (31st - $415).
In the end, Robert Keeling and Jeff Copeland struck a heads-up deal that saw them both lock up $8,595 while the former was deemed the winner.
