Aces over Kings Early

Level 15 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

On the first hand of the day the classic aces over kings situation occurred. Brady Churches held {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} against the {k-}{k-} of Larry Miller with all the chips in the middle.

The board ran out {2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{8-Hearts} to preserve the aces and give Churches a nice boost to start the day and send Miller to the rail.

Hart Calls Moon to Bust Him

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

With the board reading {8-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} Jeff Hart put out a bet of 13,000. Chris Moon moved all in over the top for his remaining 60,000.

Hart thought for a short time before throwing in the call. Hart was ahead as he showed the {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} and Moon showed the {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}.

The turn was the {7-Diamonds} to give Moon outs to a flush on the river. But the river came up empty for Moon when it fell the {4-Spades} to give Hart the remainder of his stack.
