Humberto Brenes opened to 1,700 in the hijack and Watanabe called, leaving himself 400 behind. When the flop came down , Watanabe put in the rest of his stack. Brenes called with and looked to hit against Watanabe's . The turn locked it up for Brenes, ending Watanabe's tournament.
Three players created a preflop pot worth about 5,000 hand proceeded to check the flop. When the dealer burned and turned the , action checked to Daniel Ospina and he put out a 3,000 bet. Both his opponents folded, and Ospina took down the small pot.
The Player of the Year contender needs all the help he can get as he's sitting with a stack of about 18,000.
Mayu Roca Uribe raised to 1,300 from early position and received calls from the button and big blind. When the flop came down , the big blind checked and Uribe continuation bet 2,000. The button casually tossed in a call while the big blind got out of the way.
Uribe must have smelled something fishy as he check-folded to a bet of 2,900 on the flop. Uribe is sitting comfortable with 47,000.
Table 25 doesn't have easy access for us bloggers as it is surrounded by lights and cameras; however, we were able to see a couple notables seated there. In Seat 1 was Colombian native Santiago Berrio, while seated to his direct left in Seat 2 is Costa Rican Juan Jose. The latter player is faring a little better at this point, having his counterpart out chipped 35,000 to 19,000.
We didn't catch all the specifics, but we do know that an unknown player in Seat 4 was all in pre flop and up against Alex Manzano.

It was a race, and one that saw Manzano pull out in front when the flop paired his ace. Seat 4 was in need of some help, and received some when the gave him a flush draw. Manzano was way ahead on the flop, but he barely flinched as the spiked on the river. The Latin American Poker Tour Sao Paolo Champ is down to 25,000.

We arrived at the table and found that he had three-bet from the big blind to what looked to be 5,100.
