It is time for the final day, the epic conclusion to what has been a long and prosperous Lone Star Poker Series. At 2 p.m. the 17 players who survived Day 2 of the main event will converge to battle for the whopping grand prize of $355,420 as well as the LSPS hardware.

Many of the 17 returning players have a plethora of career poker earnings. The $355,420 grand prize would be the largest career cash for each remaining player except for Michael Wang, who has a cash of $466,120.

It would also be near the biggest cash for Christopher Gonzales and Josh Thibodaux who both have the vast majority of their winnings from one large cash, they will both be looking to add another massive score to their resume.

Play will resume at Level 28 with blinds at 50,000/125,000. Meaning that the chip leader Jared Hemingway will start the day with 90 big blinds, while the short stack Kevin Kaylor has almost 10 big blinds.

Action was picked up on the turn, the board reading {2-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{q-Spades}.

Christopher Doan bet 600,000 and Joon Park called.

The river came ther {6-Hearts}. Park led out with a bet of 850,0000. Doan dumped a stack of 500,000 plaques into the middle for a bit raise to 4,850,000 which had Park covered.

Park went into the tank, flipped chips in his hand and staring upwards thinking. He counted his chips to confirm he was covered. After at least three minutes he finally put the chips into the middle for the call.

Doan immediately acknowledged the good call as he had the {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs} while Park tabled the winner with the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} and breathed a huge sigh of relief to take in the huge pot.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{5-Clubs} to bring nothing for Andrade. But the turn sent him in the lead as the {q-Clubs} came, but the heart fif give Doan some outs.

The river was the {9-Spades} and Doan was suddenly the short stack after the bad beat while Andrade rose to close to the chip lead.
