Unibet Poker Spices Things Up With the Exciting Daily Specials

Level 2 : 100/100, 200 ante
Unibet
Unibet

Unibet Poker has always been an online poker site that thinks outside the box when it comes to its poker offering. The recreational player friendly site continues to innovate with the launch of what it bills as Daily Specials.

The Daily Specials, as the name alludes to, take place each day of the week, with each day featuring a different theme and promotion for players to get their teeth into. Not only does this add plenty of value for Unibet Poker players, but is great for the site because it introduces its customers to games and formats they may not usually consider playing.

Level 2 : 100/100, 200 ante
Alain Pujol
Alain Pujol

Alain Pujol has made a habit of flopping some big hands in the €550 Grand Event and today has been no exception. The Frenchman opened to 600 from the cutoff and then faced a 1,600 three-bet from Daniel Rigby on the button.

The blinds got out of the way and Pujol called.

Rigby bet 1,700 on the {7-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Spades} flop and then went into the tank after Pujol made it 7,500.

"This might be the one sir," Rigby said.

He took some time before ultimately folding and Pujol flashed his {10-Spades}{2-Spades} for a flopped flush.

The {q-Clubs} came on the river which was checked by Benakis. Chierchia weighed up his options and opted for a check. Before Chierchia could declare his hand Benakis threw his cards face-down into the muck.

Chierchia was stunned and coyly asked, "Do I need to show?" The dealer indicated it was up to him and the Italian threw his cards into the muck and dived onto the chips to protect them.

Christina Read
Christina Read

Women's Poker Association (WPA) advocate and profession poker player Christina Read has had a tough couple of days, running into aces several times in Day 1c.

Well she has picked up where she left off, this time getting into a preflop cooler with pocket kings versus Marios Eracleous' pocket aces.

Recapping the action, she explained that it was a five-bet pot in the blinds and that her kings were never close to winning as the board ran out.
