After a raise to 13,000, Richard Milne three-bet to 30,000 and Per Munksgaard moved all in for 100,000 out of the blinds. The original raiser folded but Milne snap-called with {Q-Clubs} {Q-Hearts}. "Come on," Munksgaard said before tabling the dominated {8-Spades} {8-Clubs}. It wasn't meant to be as the board ran out {2-Hearts} {A-Spades} {Q-Spades} {6-Spades} {9-Hearts} and the Dane was eliminated in 27th place for €8,261.

Andrea Dato Eliminated in 26th Place (€8,261)

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante
Andrea Dato
Andrea Dato

Andrea Dato limped for 6,000 from the cutoff and called the raise of Ruben Visser on the button for 16,000 to see the heads-up flop of {7-Diamonds} {A-Clubs} {J-Diamonds}. The Italian check-called 15,000 and repeated the same for 38,000 after the {4-Clubs} turn. The {3-Diamonds} river completed the board and Dato checked, Visser bet 71,000.

The Italian gave it a lot of thought before check-raising all in for 260,000 and Visser snap-called, tabling {A-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} for the nut flush. Dato was gutted as he held {K-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds} for the second nut flush and hit the rail in 27th place. "Brutal" was the only word he said before heading to the payout desk.

Chop It Up

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

[Removed:17] raised to 16,000 from under the gun and Andrew Chen just called in middle position to see the {A-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} flop. Yan check-called a bet of 25,000 on the flop and 62,000 on the {K-Spades} turn before both players checked the {5-Hearts} river. Both players showed ace-king and chopped the pot.

Michiel Brosky Eliminated in 23rd Place (€8,261)

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante
Michiel Brosky
Michiel Brosky

Michiel Brosky raised to 12,000 from early position and Ruben Visser defended his big blind to see the flop of {6-Hearts} {9-Hearts} {2-Diamonds}. Both players checked and Visser then bet 15,000 on the {Q-Clubs} turn, which Brosky called. The {6-Spades} on the river triggered a bet of 65,000 by Visser and Brosky moved all in for what looked like 190,000.

Visser briefly considered his decision and called with {6-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} for trip sixes. Brosky had the worse kicker in {6-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} and joined the rail in 23rd place.

Rachid Choukri Eliminated in 22nd Place (€8,261)

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante
Rachid Choukri
Rachid Choukri

The action folded to Rachid Choukri in early position and he moved all in for 75,000. All players behind him folded except for Juha Helppi. The Finn peeked at his cards and then immediately pushed forward his stack of T-5,000 chips for the call.

Choukri: {A-Spades} {10-Clubs}
Helppi: {A-Diamonds} {A-Clubs}

The {9-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {7-Spades} flop was no good for Choukri and it was already all over on the {K-Diamonds} turn. A meaningless {K-Spades} river completed the board and the field was reduced to 21 players. Choukri was eliminated in 22nd place and takes home €8,261 for his efforts.

Nevanlinna Versus Verheul

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Richard Milne raised from under the gun and Marcel Verheul called from the button before Jussi Nevanlinna three-bet out of the big blind to receive two calls. On the {3-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} {10-Clubs} flop, the Finn check-raised from 15,000 to 60,000 and Milne folded after making a continuation bet whereas Verheul called the bet and the raise.

On the 4d] turn, Verheul check-called 85,000 and both players then checked the {J-Hearts} on the river. Nevanlinna showed {A-Clubs} {5-Clubs} and that was good enough to take down the pot, Verheul flashed a six.
