Day 3 Started
In a little under an hour, Day 3 of the Master Classics of Poker 2017 Main Event gets underway. 39 players remain, all guaranteed a payday of €8,577. Late last night, the bubble burst as Joris Ruijs hit the rail after losing most of his chips with ace-king to kings. Now, the quest for the Final Table starts. At the end of the day, a final table of 9 should be formed.
When the players return, blinds will be at 2,500 and 5,000 with a 500-ante. Levels are, again, 75 minutes long. Ukrainian player Igor Yaroshevskyy leads, with Lars Bonding in 2nd. John Juanda, Ben Heath, Noah Boeken, and Dutch tv host Alberto Stegeman are just some of the big names still in contention.

The board ran out and Brosky pocketed some extra chips while Calis departed in 39th place.

Lavrijsen check-called a bet of 6,500 on before they both checked the on the turn and on the river. Lavrijsen showed and Boeken mucked.
Just a small pot, but every little bit helps for Lavrijsen who started out the day short.

Action folded to Igor Yaroshevskyy on the button and he opened for 11,000. Small blind Lars Bonding 3-bet to 35,000. Maxi Lehmanski folded his big blind, Yaroshevskyy called.
The flop came and Bonding bet 45,000. Yaroshevskyy raised to 125,000 and Bonding answered with a shove for almost 600,000.
If Yaroshevskyy would call, it would be the biggest pot of the tournament, but he didn't. Yaroshevskyy folded and Bonding took over the title of chip leader.

Oussama al Mobaress lost with aces to king-ten earlier today, and lost the remainder just now.
Lars Bonding opened under the gun for 12,500. Small blind Al Mobaress shoved for 74,500 and big blind Igor Yaroshevskyy just about snap called. Bonding asked for a count but eventually folded. Yaroshevskyy admitted to have missed Bonding's raise, he was under the impression it was a small blind (shove) versus big blind situation.
