Herschkovich Profits From Massive Cooler

Level 33 : Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Ben Hershkovich
Ben Hershkovich

Vadzim Godzdanker bet 625,000 from the hijack and was called by Selahaddin Bedir in the cutoff holding {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}.

Ben Hershkovich on the button moved all in for 6,350,000. Godzdanker asked for a count and made the call. Bedir folded in an instant and Hershkovich was at risk against the chip leader.

Ben Hershkovich: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Vadzim Godzdanker: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Godzdanker shook their head in disbelief to see the ultimate cooler in front of them. The board of {q-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{10-Spades} was clean and Hershkovich punched the table in celebration and is one big blind behind the chip leader Bedir.

Eleftherios Sinnos Eliminated in 6th Place ($28,000)

Level 32 : Blinds 125,000/250,000, 240,000 ante
Eleftherios Sinnos
Eleftherios Sinnos

Eleftherios Sinnos opened under-the-gun to 550,000. Action folded to Alessio Isaia in the big blind who moved all in for 3,050,000 chips. With action back on Sinnos he called the jam, covering Isaia putting cards on their backs.

Alessio Isaia: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Eleftherios Sinnos: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}

The board was looking great for Sinnos, a {4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop and turn gave Isaia needing an ace or queen, Ben Hershkovich had actually folded {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} in the small blind and Selahaddin Bedir a {q-Spades}, leaving just three outs for Isaia. Luckily for him, he hit the {a-Hearts} on the river to leave Sinnos with just 975,000 behind once he had commited his big blind and big blinde ante the next hand.

In the very next hand, Isaia put Sinnos all in blind versus blind and Sinnos folded {8-Hearts}{7-Spades}, with around half his chips already committed to the pot

Two hands later, after an open from Selahaddin Bedir under-the-gun, Sinnos moved all in for his last 225,000 from the button. The blinds folded and cards were tabled.

Eleftherios Sinnos: {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Selahaddin Bedir: {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}

A board of {8-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{6-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} rivered Bedir the straight to eliminate Sinnos in 6th position for $28,000.

Timur Margolin Eliminated in 7th Place ($23,000)

Level 32 : Blinds 125,000/250,000, 240,000 ante
Timur Margolin
Timur Margolin

Timur Margolin bet 500,000 from the button and was called by Vadzim Godzdanker in the big blind.

A low flop of {2-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} prompted Margolin to bet 450,000 and Godzdanker made the call.

The {q-Hearts} was tabled on the turn and Margolin bet 750,000. Once again the Belorussian made the call.

Margolin shoved all in for 3,025,000 when the {6-Clubs} was dealt on the river. Godzdanker asked for a count and used two time bank cards before making the call.

Timur Margolin: {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Vadzim Godzdanker: {q-Spades}{4-Spades}

Margolin who enjoyed the chip lead earlier in the day crashed out as Godzdanker takes the pot and the chip lead with queens and twos.

Godzdanker Big Double Through Margolin

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Vadzim Godzdanker
Vadzim Godzdanker

Timur Margolin opened 420,000 from the cutoff after action folded to him. It folded to Vadzim Godzdanker who three-bet to 2,100,000. The big blind folded and Margolin checked with Godzdanker his remaining chips then announced ''all in'', which drew the snap call from Godzdanker, putting the Belarusian at risk for his last 5,900,000 as cards were tabled.

Vadzim Godzdanker: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Timur Margolin: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}

It was a huge cooler, and the biggest pot of the tournament so far. The dealer burned and turned the run out of {7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{10-Hearts}{a-Spades} to give the massive double up to Godzdanker. With this pot, he just edged into the chip lead of the tournament.

Raoul Iancovici Eliminated in 8th Place ($18,000)

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Raoul Iancovici
Raoul Iancovici

The shortest stack at the table, Raoul Iancovici moved all in for his last 1,145,000 chips from under-the-gun and next to act Selahaddin Bedir flat called. Everyone else folded, including the big blind of Vadzim Godzdanker with {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

Raoul Iancovici: {k-Spades}{2-Spades}
Selahaddin Bedir: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}

It was bad timing for the Romanian player as the chip leader Bedir has found aces for the second time in the first 20 hands of the final table. The board of {3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} didn't improve Iancovici's hand, sending him to the rail in 8th position for $18,000.

Margolin Rockets Into Second Place

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Timur Margolin
Timur Margolin

Timur Margolin bet 420,000 from the button with {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and was called by Frederick Anastasiades in the big blind holding {6-Spades}{4-Hearts}.

Both players connected on the flop of {10-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} with Margolin best with a set. The Israeli bet 420,000 and Anastasiades made the call.

The {j-Hearts} fell on the turn which brought in any potential flush draws. It did not deter Margolin who bet 675,000. After using two time bank cards Anastasiades called.

The board paired on the river with the {10-Diamonds} to give Margolin made a huge bet of 3,875,000. Anastasiades thought it over before making the fold and Margolin took a big pot.

Iosebi Laperashvili Eliminated in 9th Place ($14,000)

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Iosebi Laperashvili
Iosebi Laperashvili

Action was on Timur Margolin in the small blind with {q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}, he raised to 525,000 into the big blind Iosebi Laperashvili. Laperashvili looked down at {10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and made the call

The board of {3-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{9-Hearts} drew a check from Margolin, Laperashvili then decided to take over the betting lead, for 400,000 chips. Margolin then moved all in, covering Laperashvili.

This lead to a tank of at least a couple of minutes from the Georgian player, before he realized he had to call off for his last 2,200,000 more.

The {j-Clubs} turn and {a-Diamonds} river didn't improve Laperashvili's hand, sending him out in 9th place for $14,000.

Selahaddin Bedir
Selahaddin Bedir

Selahaddin Bedir 2nd on Turkey all-time money list takes the lead into the final table with a stack of 10,500,000. He's closely followed by the cool and collected Frederick Anastasiades, who has 7,865,000, the Cypriot is one of two flying the flag for Cyprus in this event. Everyone left still has a good shot at the win, especially as the smallest stack still has over 2,000,000 (18 big blinds)

Coming in third in chips is Elftherios Sinnos, who final tabled an event held here in July, he is also 41st on Cyprus's all-time money list. Fourth place is Alessio Isaia, who boasts almost $2,500,000 in tournament live earnings, coming in with 5,210,000 chips. The Italian has great results both in Europe and across the pond.

In 5th is Ben Hershkovich, with the Israeli-born player bringing in 4,950,000 and looking for his biggest live score to date. Just behind him is Belarusian Vadzim Godzdanker with 4,865,000. The player has over $100,000 in live tournament cashes but this will be his first outside of Russia or Belarus.

Two-time bracelet winner Timur Margolin comes into the final table in 7th with 3,075,000 chips. The man sitting 7th also sits 7th on Israel's all-time money list for cashes with over $2,000,000 in earnings. He's certainly one to watch.

Not much is known about Iosebi Laperashvili in 8th, who still has a healthy 2,200,000 chips. The Georgian sits just ahead of 9th place Raoul Iancovici with 2,100,000. The Romanian has locked up his biggest score and will look to build on his $90,000 in live tournament earnings in his first cash in North Cypriot grounds.
