The biggest live poker event in South Korea so far has seen a field of 869 entries culled down all the way to the final 36 hopefuls in 2019 PokerStars LIVE Asia Red Dragon Jeju ₩2,500,000 Main Event and they all aim to bag and tag once more in order to retain their chance at claiming the unique trophy and top prize of ₩ 393,553,500 ($338,456).
Best-positioned to reach the final table at the Jeju Shinhwa World - Landing Casino tournament room is China's Shenming Yin after a dominant display at the tables on Day 2 once the bubble had burst and he tops the counts with 2,785,000.
Eight players have more than one million in chips at their disposal including Hanze Wang (1,970,000), Szymon Wysocki (1,505,000), Dapeng Wang (1,280,000), Single-Day High Roller champion Ben Lai (1,270,000), Bi Haisheng (1,155,000), Yuanjun Lu (1,115,000) and Yifu Zhai (1,030,000).
