Amazing Flop But Terrible River for Neumann

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Tony Neumann, Debbi Edwards
Tony Neumann, Debbi Edwards

Tony Neumann was loving life when the flop showed {j-Spades}{k-Spades}{5-Clubs} and he held the {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}.

The decision to slow play his hand may be on Neumann's mind tonight because he checked the flop allowing Debbi Edwards to get a flush draw on the {4-Clubs}t turn with her {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}.

"All-in" was announced from Neumann and Edwards chose to call with her draw.

She showed how happy she was with that decision when the {9-Clubs} showed up on the river. Neumann was silent as most of his chips were pushed towards Edwards.

Shanie Darling Bubbles to Send Remaining 34 Players to Sunday's Main Event

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Shawn Zuniga busts Shanie Darling

The bubble has burst here in the FPN King Slayer National ChampionshipLeague Champ Championship.

It happened when Shawn Zuniga flopped a set and rivered boat to send Shanie Darling out the door as the bubble girl.

Darling's elimination means the remaining 34 players have all won a seat into Sunday's $50K GTD Main Event. For all but one of them, that's the only prize they'll leave with today, but for one lucky winner, there's still $10,000 in cold hard cash awaiting the last player standing.

A Shove From The Big Blind

Level 14 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Charles Woods, Elisabeth Walker
Charles Woods, Elisabeth Walker

Charles Woods flat called the 12,000 big blind from his button position.

Elisabeth Walker found {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} in the small blind position and said, "I'm all in," with a stack of 45,000.

Woods made the call and said, "Looks like we are chopping."

He then turned over the {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}.

The {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{10-Clubs} came on the flop giving Woods a Royal Flush draw. Unfortunately, he was correct with his earlier statement as the board ran out with the {q-Spades} on the turn followed by the {4-Diamonds} river to result in a chopped pot.
