Fuentes Desperate to Rebuy

Bobby Fuentes
Bobby Fuentes

Bobby Fuentes is headed to the cage to reenter, which is exactly what he wanted. Fuentes had his pocket kings cracked and was left with 600 chips. He moved all-in dark and begged the rest of the table to call and knock him out.

Two players obliged and his opponents checked it down when the board ran out {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{10-Spades}. Fuentes tabled {k-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and tripled up to 1,800.

In the next hand, Fuentes had the button and told the table he would be moving in dark again. The action folded to Fuentes and as promised he moved all in. Mike Delavergne called in the small blind as did the player in the big blind.

Both players checked the {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop. Delavergne bet 1,200 when the {q-Hearts} hit on the turn. The big blind called and the river came the {10-Spades}. Delavergne bet 3,400 this time and the big blind folded.

Delavernge tabled {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} for two pair and Fuentes showed {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for an airball, then made a beeline for the cage, money already in hand.
