Sereika Jams Up His Stack

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Karolis Sereika bet the {8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{8-Hearts} turn for 105,000 and picked up one caller from under the gun. The Lithuanian then jammed the {9-Spades} river for an effective 250,000, as that's what his opponent had behind.

No call followed and the pot was pushed to Sereika, who leaped back above a million in chips.

Auzoux Busts Anbarlouyi

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

"Professional all-in player", Dmitry Gromov joked. What had happened?

Two of the shorter stacks got it in with Pouria Anbarlouyi at risk against Gregoire Auzoux. The former had {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} and Auzoux tabled the {a-Spades}{10-Spades}. On a board of {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}, Auzoux made aces full and that reduced the field by one.

One Dutchman Up; One Down

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Ion Stanica
Ion Stanica

Ion Stanica three-bet jammed 337,000 into a raise by Jim Sue Pan and the Dutchman made the call.

Ion Stanica: {k-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Jim Sue Pan: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}

The pair held on the {5-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Hearts} board and Stanica was eliminated.

While Ivan Sakharov may not have a Dutch name, he is certainly based there as well and then departed soon after. Sakharov recalled a three-bet pot in which he called a reraise to 73,000 with {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and flopped a pair and flush draw. Sakis Adrianopoulos only had ace-king high but rivered an off suit king according to Sakharov.

As fate would tell, Sakharov then busted from that table.

Oghabian Vanishes; Martirosian Rises Once More

Level 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Milad Oghabian
Milad Oghabian

The hand details were revealed by Kacper Pyzara and Lachezar Petkov, as Milad Oghabian was no longer in the seat between them

In a four-bet pot to 240,000, Oghabian was called by Artur Martirosian and bet 100,000 on a ten-high flop. Oghabian then jammed the {j-Diamonds} turn with {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} for the gutshot and nut flush draw. Martirosian called with {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for two pair and the river bricked.

Martirosian recovered earlier losses when he doubled Eli Saad, kings didn't get there versus aces. The Russian then also jammed an ace-king high flop to force a fold from {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}, Martirosian flipped over the {a-Clubs} with a grin on the face.
