Welcome to the final day of the €300,000 guaranteed 2017 partypoker LIVE Grand Prix Main Event at Ireland’s National Event Centre (INEC) and Gleneagle Hotel.
From 905 entries across numerous live and online Day 1s there are now just 26 players left. They are set to play down to a winner who will be crowned 2017 Grand Prix Champion and walk away with a mega €50,000 payday.
Thomas Gallagher will begin the day as the chip leader and the only player over the 2 million-chip mark but the chasing pack is not far behind.

The Main Event will be the focus today at the INEC but there is a whole lot more going on. Day 2 of the High Roller kicks off at 2 p.m., the Irish Ladies Championship begins at 3 p.m., and partypoker Ambassador Padraig Parkinson’s Charity event on behalf of the homeless and Pieta House is at 4 p.m.

Yue Wang raised from late position before he called a three bet from Daniel Echart of 225,000 from the big blind.
Echart shoved for 400,000 after the came on the flop and Wang quickly called. Echart had an overpair holding . However, Wang's hand was even better with .

Mike Quirke opened the action from early position to 90,000 before Ronan Gilligan one seat over three bet to 300,000.
The action folded to Tommy O'Rourke who cold four-bet jammed to 753,000. Quirke snap called before Gilligan snap folded.
O'Rourke turned over and never caught up against the turned over by Quirke as the board ran out .
While queens against aces were called a cooler by a couple of the players at the table, O'Rourke collect €3,250 for finishing in 18th place which represents €750 more than if he was eliminated a few minutes before in 19th place.
Ciaran Gillmartin opened the action and Nathan Freeman Smith in the big blind went to move all in but left a few chips behind which meant he shoved the flop of .
Unfortunately for Smith, Gillmartin had hit the flop and called with his against the of Smith.
Brendan Birt opened to 130,000 from the button. Ronan Sweeney three-bet to 400,000 from the small blind and got a call from Birt.
Both players checked on the flop and they checked again after the appeared on the turn.
The action picked up after the appeared on the river. Sweeney went all in for almost 1,000,000, which covered Birt. Birt tanked and eventually called with for a baby straight. However, Sweeney turned over for the nut-straight.
Birt, who was second going into Day 3, said his goodbyes before he headed to the cashier to collect €4,000 for his 14th-place performance.
