The action folded around to the button who made it 3,700 to go. Borge Sandsgaard of Norway in the small blind made the call before Georgios Vrakas of Greece in the big blind squeezed it up to 17,000 total. Only the Norwegian made the call.

Jan-Peter Jachtmann Wins €67K in Cash Games Before Entering the High Roller
Partypoker Ambassador and WSOP gold bracelet winner Jan-Peter Jachtmann has just entered the Day 1 field after the €100/€100 pot-limit Omaha game broke up. Near the end of the game, the stakes went up to €200/€200.
Jachtmann entered the High Roller as already a big winner on the day. He banked a huge profit of over €67,000, the most of any player at the table.

Wik Last One Standing in Five-Way Pot
Piotr Sadowski opened to 2,800 from early position, and that turned out to be a popular rate as four players made the call including Norbert Berent and Lars Wik.
Sadowski fired out 6,000 on the flop, but Wik had bigger plans and made it 16,000 total from the button. Only Sadowski called. The dealer burned and turned the before Sadowski checked his option. Wik continued for 18,000 leaving himself 35,000 behind, and Sadowski contemplated his options for a few minutes before releasing his hand.

Michal Mrakes opened up the action early, and Jan-Peter Jachtmann on the button reraised to 13,000. With action back on Mrakes, he shoved all in for 55,200 total, and Jachtmann wasted no time getting the table talk going.
"My name is Joe Campbell, and I'm here to gamble," the German proclaimed with a forced American accent, resulting in quite a few laughs around the table. Ultimately Jachtmann committed the additional 42,200 chips and hands were on their backs.
