"BlackCoffee" and "Dise57" Trade Doubles

Fresh off of that last double up, "BlackCoffee" would go on to secure another double not long after. This time, he got it in good, holding Ace-King to the Ace-Queen of "Dise57." Big Slick would hold for "BlackCoffee", and he would double up to over ten million.

On the next hand, the two would battle again. This time, "Dise57" was the short stack with , while "BlackCoffee" had pocket fours. An ace on the flop meant that "Dise57" would win this hand, though "BlackCoffee" ended up better off after the two hands.

"pure_reason" came oh so close to back-to-back titles, but his end in this Main Event came to a rather brutal ending. In this hand, "MyCousinVinny5" raised to 400,000, and "pure_reason" would three bet it to just 1,440,000. Back to "MyCousinVinny5", he would shove all in with pocket nines, and "pure_reason" would call with pocket jacks.

A nine would come right on the flop, and "pure_reason" was unable to hit a two outer himself. This extends "MyCousinVinny5" lead even more, as he has over half of the chips in play.

After a raise of 320,000 from "BlackCoffee", "MyCousinVinny5" three bet to 1,040,000. "BlackCoffee" called, and the flop came down . "MyCousinVinny5" fired 1,280,000, "BlackCoffee" called, and the {Ah] came on the turn. "MyCousinVinny5" bet again, 2,160,000, this time, "BlackCoffee" called, and the completed a scary looking board.

"Turkeyleg" Doubles Into the Chip Lead

There was already about 2.2 million chips in the middle when the turn came down on a board showing . "MyCousinVinny5" checked to "Turkeyleg", who bet 1,594,754. "MyCousinVinny5" would come out with a check raise to 4,200,000, but "Turkeyleg" wasn't going anywhere, as he shoved all in.

"MyCousinVinny5" called with for two pair, but he was in dire straits, as "Turkeyleg" had for a better two pair. Another ace on the river gave "Turkeyleg" a full house, and in the process, the chip lead.
