Congratulations to "MyCousinVinny5," Winner of the partypoker US Network Online Series Main Event!

It took just over 10 hours for "MyCousinVinny5" to emerge victorious over a 407-entry field in the latest partypoker US Network Online Series Main Event. For his efforts, "MyCousinVinny5" took home the first-place prize of $18,315.

The final 42 players finished in the money. Some of the notables and recent deep finishers who made the money but missed the final table included Michael "Gags30" Gagliano (32nd), Daniel “leinad” Buzgon (29th), Mike “IIIIIIIIIIII” Haberman (27th), and Jon “Jetsfan411” Borenstein (11th).

The story heading into the final table was chip leader "pure_reason", who took down Event #9 on Saturday for over $6,100. However, his run would come to a cruel end as he got unlucky to bust against eventual champion "MyCousinVinny5."

A few hands later, "MyCousinVinny5" would bet the whole way, eventually rivering a straight to bust "BlackCoffee," who had flopped a set of sixes.

"MyCousinVinny5" would hold a big chip lead all the way through to heads-up play, where he and "Turkeyleg" would exchange several blows. Eventually, "MyCousinVinny5" would emerge victorious after flopping a set of sevens to win a race for the title.

"Turkeyleg" Eliminated in 2nd Place ($10,582)

It was a swingy heads up battle, with "MyCousinVinny5" eventually emerging on top. In the final hand, "Turkeyleg" would raise to 600,000, only to see "MyCousinVinny5" reraise to 1.9 million and change. "Turkeyleg" shoved, "MyCousinVinny5" called, and they were off to the races.

"Turkeyleg": {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
"MyCousinVinny5": {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}

The hand was all but over after the flop came down {j-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{8-Spades}, giving "MyCousinVinny5" bottom set. A ten on the turn meant that "Turkeyleg" could only chop with a river nine, but a three came instead.

"Turkeyleg" will take home over $10,000 for his efforts, but the lion's share of $18,315 will be going to "MyCousinVinny5". Stay tuned for a full recap.

"MyCousinVinny5" in the Lead Again

The back and forth battle is continuing, as "MyCousinVinny5" is back in the chip lead. In the latest hand, "MyCousinVinny5" would raise to 560,000, and "Turkeyleg" would three bet too 1,680,000. "MyCousinVinny5" called, and the flop came {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Spades}. "Turkeyleg" bet 2,126,600, but "MyCousinVinny5" responded by moving all in for 22 million. "Turkeyleg" gave it up, and lost the chip lead in the process.

"Turkeyleg" Doubles Again Into the Lead

The back and forth battle continues, as it is now "Turkeyleg" who has the majority of the chips again. There was nearly six million in the middle already when the turn was put out on a board showing {6-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. "MyCousinVinny5" fired 3,200,000, "Turkeyleg" quickly called, and the {a-Spades} completed the board.

"MyCousinVinny5" shoved all in, and after about 10 seconds of thought, "Turkeyleg" called with {7-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for two pair. "MyCousinVinny5" could only muster up queen high, and the massive pot was sent to "Turkeyleg."

Close to Even Again

The momentum is back in "Turkeyleg"'s favor, as he has won the last few big pot to close the game. With the blinds only at 120,000-240,000, we could be looking at a lengthy heads up battle.

"MyCousinVinny5" Doubles Back Into the Lead

Following an opening raise from "Turkeyleg", "MyCousinVinny5" reraised to 1,700,000. "Turkeyleg" called, and the flop came down {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{4-Spades}. "MyCousinVinny5" led for 1,825,000, "Turkeyleg" called, and the {9-Hearts} hit the turn. As he has done all final table long, "MyCousinVinny5" kept up the aggression, firing 3 million even. Again "Turkeyleg" didn't take long to call, and the {6-Diamonds} completed the board.

"MyCousinVinny5" would shove all in for about 9 million, and "Turkeyleg" would call with {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} for a pair of nines. They were no good though, as "MyCousinVinny5" showed {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}. Just like that, "MyCousinVinny5" has a comfortable lead once again.

"Turkeyleg" Doubles Into the Chip Lead

There was already about 2.2 million chips in the middle when the turn came down on a board showing {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts}. "MyCousinVinny5" checked to "Turkeyleg", who bet 1,594,754. "MyCousinVinny5" would come out with a check raise to 4,200,000, but "Turkeyleg" wasn't going anywhere, as he shoved all in.

"MyCousinVinny5" called with {k-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for two pair, but he was in dire straits, as "Turkeyleg" had {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} for a better two pair. Another ace on the river gave "Turkeyleg" a full house, and in the process, the chip lead.

"Dise57" Eliminated in 3rd Place ($8,140)

"Dise57" had already gotten lucky once to score a double up through "MyCousinVinny5", and he would have to do it again after getting his chips in with {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}. He was dominated by the {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} of "Turkeyleg", and the ten kicker would continue to play after the board came down {q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{8-Clubs}.

This leaves just two players now, with "MyCousinVinny5" still holding a comfortable chip lead.

"BlackCoffee" Eliminated in 4th Place ($5,535)

After a raise of 320,000 from "BlackCoffee", "MyCousinVinny5" three bet to 1,040,000. "BlackCoffee" called, and the flop came down {7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts}. "MyCousinVinny5" fired 1,280,000, "BlackCoffee" called, and the {Ah] came on the turn. "MyCousinVinny5" bet again, 2,160,000, this time, "BlackCoffee" called, and the {4-Spades} completed a scary looking board.

"MyCousinVinny5" kept his foot on the gas, betting enough to put "BlackCoffee" all in. He thought for about a minute before calling with {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for a set. However, "MyCousinVinny5" had rivered a straight with {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} giving him a massive pot, and an overwhelming chip lead.
