Naujoks Bluffs with Best Hand

Vivek Rajkumar and Sandra Naujoks saw a flop together. The flop was {9-Clubs} {7-Spades} {2-Spades} and Rajkumar bet 18,500. Naujoks made the call.

The turn card brought the {3-Diamonds} and Rajkumar checked. Naujoks bet 28,000 and Rajkumar called.

The river card was the {3-Spades} and Rajkumar checked. Naujoks moved all in for 89,500 total. Rajkumar tanked for some time and even began rambling off holdings that he thought could be included in Naujoks' bluffing range. Eventually he said, "I don't think I can fold, I call."

Naujoks nodded her head as she turned up {A-Diamonds} {J-Clubs} and said, "Nice hand."

"What is going on?!?" cried Rajkumar. "So stupid, so stupid," he said, turning up his {A-Clubs} {8-Spades} for a worse ace high.

Naujoks was halfway out of her seat and to everyone's amazement, she held the best hand. She moved up to 300,000 while Rajkumar dropped to 80,000.

Stelmak held {10-Diamonds} {10-Hearts} and Molson {A-Spades} {Q-Spades}.

The board ran out {K-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} {6-Spades} {Q-Hearts} and Molson was saved on the river to double to 165,000. Stelmak went down to 250,000.

Reigning WSOP Main Event champion and Team PokerStars Pro Joe Cada raised on the button to 10,300. Brett Richey was in the big blind and reraised to 35,000. Cada then moved all in having Richey covered and Richey quickly made the call for all of his 150,000 or so.

Richey held {10-Hearts} {10-Clubs} and Cada {Q-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}.

Richey was unable to find help on the board of {A-Spades} {8-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {2-Clubs} {A-Clubs} and was sent to the rail. Cada moved up to 375,000 chips.

Dario Minieri and Isaac Baron went to battle all-in preflop. Minieri held {8-Hearts} {8-Spades} against Baron's {2-Spades} {2-Diamonds}. Baron found help in a big way on the flop of {A-Clubs} {A-Diamonds} {2-Clubs} to make a full house.

The turn was the {4-Clubs} and the river the {5-Hearts} and he doubled to around 215,000 after having been all in for 105,400. Minieri dropped to 110,000.

Phillips Bench Presses to a Double

From the cutoff seat, Vivek Rajkumar raised before Michiel Brummelhuis reraised to 28,000 on the button. Carter Phillips was in the small blind and moved all in for 129,300 total. Rajkumar folded and Brummelhuis made the call.

Brummelhuis held {10-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} and Phillips held {A-Spades} {Q-Diamonds}.

The board ran out {J-Clubs} {8-Clubs} {7-Hearts} {K-Diamonds} {A-Clubs} and Phillips doubled to 320,000. Brummelhuis dropped to 345,000.

It seems that pocket tens aren't fairing so well here at the High Roller Event. Brummelhuis losing with them marks the third time we've seen tens go down in this level alone.
