Alvarez Doubles Through Schulman

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

In middle position, Nick Schulman had 900 in front of him. Mexico's Carlos Mora Alvarez had 3,350 in front of him from the hijack seat, and action was on Schulman. He kicked it back up to 9,000, and Alvarez called.

The flop was {9-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}, and Schulman bet 4,400. Alvarez called.

The turn was the {7-Clubs}, and Schulman checked. Alvarez bet 6,950 with 10,000 behind, and Schulman raised to put him all in. Alvarez called with the {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} and needed to fade the outs of Schulman with the {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}.

The river was the {3-Spades}, and Schulman had missed to give Alvarez the double

Ace-High Flush for Zinno

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

From middle position, Anthony Zinno raised to 1,000. Ryan Riess called from the cutoff seat, Joao Ribeiro called from the small blind, and Rodrigo Motoki called from the big blind.

The four players each checked the {K-Spades}{9-Spades}{5-Spades} flop to see the {7-Clubs} land on the turn. On fourth street, action checked to Zinno, he bet 3,000, and only Motoki called.

The river was the {Q-Spades}, and Zinno bet 6,000 after Motoki checked. Motoki tanked for about two minutes before he made the call. Zinno showed the {A-Spades}{J-Clubs} for an ace-high flush, and Motoki mucked.

Lucky Run Out Saves Negreanu Chips

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

After a player opened to 900 from the cutoff seat, Daniel Negreanu called on the button. Vicente Delgado called from the big blind, and the flop came down {Q-Spades}{9-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. Action checked to Negreanu, and he bet 1,500. Delgado check-raised to 5,025, the player in the cutoff seat folded, and then Negreanu called.

The turn was the {10-Clubs}, and both players checked to see the {8-Clubs} land on the river. Again, both players checked.

Delgado tabled a flopped set with the {4-Hearts}{4-Spades}, and Negreanu showed his {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}.

"Boy, I got lucky," said Negreanu, referencing that he saved some chips because of the four flush on board. "The board ran out good."

Kamel Busts Mandavia

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Tamer Kamel just eliminated PCA High Roller Final tablist Ankush Mandavia when he hit a jack on the river.

There was a raise and a call before Mandavia reraised to 3,000 preflop. Both players called and three players saw the {4-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} flop. Kamel was first to act and checked to Mandavia who shoved all in for 11,650. The next player folded and Kamel called.

Kamel had {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} for a pair of jacks, which was behind the pocket kings, {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}, of Mandavia. The turn didn't change anything when it came the {a-Clubs}, but the {j-Clubs} on the river changed a lot, giving Kamel trip jacks and eliminating Mandavia.
