Guerrero Runs Out of Chips For Now

Level 10 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Jimmy Guerrero
Jimmy Guerrero

Down to the last 104,000, Jimmy Guerrero was all-in with the {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and had a kicker problem. Ying Lin Chua held the dominating {a-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and there was not much hope yet on the {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop. The {5-Clubs} turn was a huge equity boost for the Frenchman but he missed all the outs on the {a-Spades} river.

Lee Takes It on the Flop

Level 10 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jun Wah Yap raised to 20,000 and Wai Kiat Lee three-bet to 60,000 from the very next seat. Both Malaysians had been very jovial already and cracked up the table with their banter. Lee was seemingly trying to get Yap to fold and then joked "no ace no ace" once he was called.

Yap asked for an ace and checked the {q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop. Lee continued for 40,000 and that was all it took to win the pot.

Iyer Remains at the Top

Level 11 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

In the last hand before the break, Abhinav Iyer had opened to 22,000 and was called by Wayne Heung in the big blind. It was Heung who bet the {9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop for 15,000 and Iyer called. Both checked it down on the {q-Clubs} turn and {a-Clubs} river after which Heung mucked his cards.

Iyer didn't have to show anything and was awarded the pot.

Level 11 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Florencio Campomanes
Florencio Campomanes

Lee Wee Liew raised to 25,000 and Florencio Campomanes then pushed all-in for 131,000 from one seat over. All opponents folded and Liew reluctantly called without using a time bank.

Florencio Campomanes: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Lee Wee Liew: {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}

The mighty pair fell behind after the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{8-Spades} flop and nothing changed anymore on the {6-Diamonds} turn nor {4-Clubs} river.

Chu Loses A Pot; Wins A Pot

Level 11 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

With some 440,000 in the middle to the {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts}{7-Spades} turn, Wai Leong Chan in the small blind pushed all-in for 564,000. Chi-Jen "Justin" Chu was the only opponent on the button and used three time banks before folding.

Shortly after, Chu was on the button and called a bet worth 125,000 by Chi Zhang in the small blind with the turn reading {9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{7-Spades}. Zhang checked the {a-Hearts} on the river and Chu now bet 260,000 for most of his stack. Zhang required three time banks, too, and opted to fold.

In a three-bet pot to the {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop with around 300,000 in the middle, Jun Hao Wu bet 90,000 out of the big blind. Popiyukkul then jammed for 320,000 on the button and Wu snap-called.

Jun Hao Wu: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

The {10-Clubs} turn and {a-Hearts} river kept Popiyukkul in the lead as he doubled to nearly one million in chips again.
