Chance Kornth Bets Off Mark Radoja

Level 1 : 100/200, 25 ante

With around 5,000 in the pot and a board reading {4-Spades}{10-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}, Mark Radoja checked from the small blind and then called when Chance Kornuth bet 3,350 from the cutoff.

When the {Q-Diamonds} completed the board on the river, Radoja checked once again and Kornuth bet 7,350. Radoja thought for well over a minute and then laid down his hand.

Showing an Ace

Level 1 : 100/200, 25 ante

At a five-handed table, Justin Bonomo raised to 1,000 under the gun and Steve O'Dwyer three-bet to 3,000 from the small blind. Bonomo called the reraise to see the {10-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop, and O'Dwyer checked. Bonomo took the opportunity to bet 3,000 and that's all it took to get O'Dwyer to lay down his hand.

Since they're playing show one card at the table, Bonomo flashed the {A-Hearts}.

O'Dwyer Puts Jaffe to the Test

Level 1 : 100/200, 25 ante

We joined the action in the latest hand at what once was 'Show One' table (players have abandoned that concept quite early on) with Steve O'Dwyer and Jonathan Jaffe deep into a hand.

With a board showing {J-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}, O'Dwyer had made a bet of 8,000 into a pot of just over that amount. Jaffe weighed it up, but elected to fold, and tried to resurrect the 'show one' rule one last time. O'Dwyer, smiling from ear to ear, turned over both cards instead - {K-Spades}{9-Spades}.

"Bill Perkins was telling me that I'm a nit yesterday." O'Dwyer said, to a predictable reaction from the table.

Orpen Slips in the Slick

Level 1 : 100/200, 25 ante

Orpen Kisacikoglu made it 1500 preflop and was called only by Georgios Vrakas. They went heads-up to a {A-Hearts}{4-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop, as Kisacikoglu continued for 2,000. Again, he was called.

The turn of {6-Spades} got two checks, before the river of {6-Hearts} preempted a bet of 3,500 from Georgios Vrakas, which was called. Vrajkas showed {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades} and took the pod as Kisacikoglu shook his head in dismay.

Greenwood Drops A Chunk to Billard

Level 1 : 100/200, 25 ante

On a board of {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Clubs} , Sam Greenwood has raised Francois Billard on the river. Billard had bet 5,000 , but Greenwood made it 28,000 and Billard went into the tank for around seven minutes. So long, in fact, that Ben Heath called the clock on the Frenchman, before he eventually called.

Greenwood showed {A-Spades}{7-Hearts}, but that wasn't good enough, as Billard had flopped trips with {J-Spades}{6-Clubs}. A very big early pot.

Nick Petrangelo Shoves on Andrew Chen

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

With 1,625 in the pot and a flop of {9-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, Nick Petrangelo checked from the big blind and Andrew Chen bet 1,000 from the button. Petrangelo woke up with a check-raise to 3,200, Chen called, and the dealer burned and turned the {7-Spades}.

Petrangelo fired out a big bet of 12,000, and Chen though long and hard before calling, which brought about the {5-Clubs} river. Petrangelo moved all in for 37,500, and Chen had to decide what to do with his last 34,300. 90 seconds ticked off the clock and then he laid down his hand.

Bernard Lee Takes from Mike Watson

Level 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

Mike Watson raised to 600 under the gun and Justin Bonomo called from button. Bernard Lee called from small blind and the big blind came along to see a {J-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{4-Spades} flop.

Lee checked, as did the big blind, and Watson bet 1,500. Only Lee called to see the {10-Clubs} turn and he then check-called a bet of 3,600 from Watson.

Lee checked for a third time on the {4-Clubs} river and then called Watson's bet of 8,000. Watson showed the {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}, but it was no good as Lee held a boat with the {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}.
