O'Dwyer Sets Up Lehr to Lose

Level 3 : 150/300, 50 ante
Steve O'Dwyer
Steve O'Dwyer

Keith Lehr has dropped a big chunk of chips to Steve O'Dwyer here in Level 3 of the $25,000 High Roller.

On a board of {3-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{2-Spades}, O'Dwyer bet 13,000 into a pot of a little less and Lehr wasn't sure what to do.

"I'm going to look really silly calling you without a pair here."

There was no reaction from O'Dwyer, but Lehr made the call and O'Dwyer then turned over {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for the flopped set.

"Everyone flops a set. I maybe be gone by 3.00pm, guys." Lehr moaned to his rail. He is a little shoirt-stacked now, but O'Dwyer isn't - he moves to second in chips.

Eugene Katchalov Takes It on the River

Level 3 : 150/300, 50 ante

Action folded to Sergio Aido on the button and he raised to 1,000, which Luc Greenwood called from the small blind. Eugene Katchalov then three-bet to 3,200 from the big, Aido four-bet to 7,800, and Greenwood ditched his hand.

Katchalov called and then action went check-check on both the {2-Hearts}{5-Spades}{q-Hearts} flop and {4-Clubs} turn. When the {7-Diamonds} completed the board on the river, Katchalov bet 6,200 and Aido released.

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante
Orpen Kisacikoglu
Orpen Kisacikoglu

Orpen Kisacikoglu got his stack of 13,000 all in preflop and found himself at risk and behind Stephen Chidwick.

Chidwick: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Kisacikoglu: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

Kisacikoglu was in desperate need of an eight, but he was left wanting as the board ran out {5-Spades}{4-Spades}{j-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts}.

"Good luck," Kisacikoglu offered before exiting the tournament floor.

Chidwick All-In to Take Chip Lead

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

Stephen Chidwick won a big confrontation preflop to give himself the chip lead in this $25,000 High Roller.

After Chidwick opened to 850 in early position, Fabrizio Gonzalez raised, only to see Jaffe re-raise to 8600. Chidiwck wasn't put off, however, and re-raised all-in for a covering stack. Everyone folded and Chidwich is just shy of a six-figure stack.

Andjelko Andrejevic Busts Charlie Carrel

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante
Charlie Carrel
Charlie Carrel

We saw Charlie Carrel getting out his seat, and by the time we made our way over the dealer was sliding his chips to Andjelko Andrejevic.

Unfortunately we missed the action play out, so all we know is Carrel fell holding the {6-Hearts}{7-Hearts} on a {j-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{a-Spades} board to Andrejevic, who held a bigger two pair with the {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}. Carrel headed straight to the registration desk to re-enter.

Meawhile, both David Laka Calzada and Orpen Kisacikoglu have re-entered the tournament.

Elky Gets Gomez

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante
Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier
Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier

We joined the action with Elky betting 2,000 on a flop of {7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. Javier Gomez raised to 10,000 and Elky called. The turn of {10-Diamonds} saw Gomez ship it in for a further 29,925 and Elky made the call.

While Gomez had the up and down straight flush draw with {4-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, Elky had {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}. He needed to fade a lot of outs, but did so across the {q-Spades} river and he is up to 115,000 - the lead in the tournament with the break almost upon us.
